He said he wants to relocate all of the Palestinians and that ideally they won't want to go back. How does that sound good? Removing the people from their rightful homeland and seizing it for ourselves is the solution?

Dude he's talking about a mass relocation to other countries. He never talks about a mass return of the people. It is pure cope to extract from anything he said about them getting their land back after the rebuilding. Now if you want to debate that is the hidden motive, I would be more inclined to agree and hope that is the case. However if you go purely off of what he said, if you carefully listen there is no support of the idea of a mass return.
