The funny thing is the Judicial Branch has no enforcement powers. Those powers reside in the Executive Branch as does the Treasury Department.
A President has every right to audit the Departments and Agencies within the Executive Branch. I can’t imagine what kind of feeble argument lies behind this Judge’s ruling, but I think President Trump would be on solid ground just ignoring it.

That's true, but if Treasury decides to honor this judge's order, then there's not much Musk's teams can do except argue it in court. Most of the laws and judicial orders in the world require people willing to honor them in order for those laws to apply.

The DOJ/FBI needs to investigate all federal judges for blackmail and conflicts of interest.
Once the "good guys" have complete control of the compromising material on these judges they can give all the judges two options, resign or this information comes out.

A judge who is protecting the best interest of the deep state and is fraudulent, does not have right to limit access to tell DOGE that they are limited to the system.
