Yup. CNN and MSNBC will close down within weeks. Shows like The View? Gone. You dont think anyone really watches that show do you? I bet it gets more views on twitter and alt media, criticizing and making fun of it.
And while we are at it lets get rid of the lawyer commercials too. When I was a kid they werent on TV. All they do is reinforce a get rich by lawsuit society that each year becomes more litigious.
So true. When I drive down to work every day literally half the billboards are get rich by lawsuit. It’s disgusting. And I’ve overheard conversations where people were talking about how much their cousin got and they’d never have to work again. Talking about it with envy and admiration. What this has done to the culture is un-measurable.
I knew a woman around 30 years old when I was working in Denver right out of college. She was a definite snow bunny type, unmarried, party girl. She won 100k in a lawsuit. Bad back -- yea right, she continued to ski. She blew it right up her nose in months. Now she had no job, no money. Used up hags only find temporary partners, enablers, rarely husbands. Wonder where she is now. If alive shes probably around 70.
Wiki info on it, includes sections on country-specific regulations . In the US we've seen a drastic change over time - in particular look at the Early History and the Partial Deregulation sections near the bottom. A few decades ago we didn't have this kind of advertising going on, but it seemed almost overnight that it exploded, became almost ubiquitous.
The drug ads are part of mass programming keeping people in fear and in the bottomless pit of pharma consumption. And people cannot escape the brainwashing. It is all indoctrination. Mood of the entire country will elevate if pharma ads on TV end!!
My position used to be all regulation is bad, libertarian pie in the sky thinker.
I'm more of a realist and believe ambition checks ambition. We need to not reject the power of government and just use it to promote a Christian moral society. The power is always going to be there because we are human and have fallen. Use it to crush those that threaten the pillars of civilization and promote peace and prosperity.
Ban the pharmaceutical companies from advertising. That promotes an evil which must be crushed. Too many families have been destroyed by pharma and the watchers we trusted failed us.
My primary will be happy lol. One of her biggest bitches is about people seeing drugs advertised on TV and they come to an appt and insist THEY NEED that med. Even with her telling them, NO you DONT need that med lol.
100k+ pages of federal regulations says otherwise. When we get down to the length of all JRR Tolkien's novel collection we can talk about about being free.
So is your position that this is fine because there are other regulations, or you are against this and the regulations because they are anti-freedom, or are you just against freedom and think America is not to be a land of the free
I admittedly blow with the political wind at times, I just want a "conservative" government but I tentatively like "anarcho-capitalism" ideally
so here I mean I can see people cheering it on here because they want bad pharma to be banned... but wouldn't this also ban advertising for ivermectin, which people are also simultaneously cheering on?
Generally it feels like a lot of these regulations just cause more problems and the solution can be achieved more voluntarily here (advertise something better, or draw people away from watching TV more or something, voluntarily)
I just do not think people grasp what that pharaceutical advertising on TV is.
IT IS NOT TO SELL DRUGS.
It is a bribe paid by the drug companies to the media to keep the media from reporting how disatrous our prescription drug industrial complex is.

All we had for commercials when i was a kid was the local karate guy, "Nobody bothers me!"

☝️☝️☝️ THIS, people.
Agreed
It IS a bribe. The masses totally don't get this. This is a good start.
And to control the media so it pushes the globalist agenda.
Yes!!! Finally. I often wonder how many symptoms a person develops (psychosomaticlly) when they hear that crap over and over and over.
Media is done. This is their primary revenue
Prescription drug ads are banned in England from what I understand. Probably in the whole of the EU.
The only places where they are legal in the developed world are USA, New Zealand and Canada, afaik.
So are a large number of the additives and chemicals used in production and farming of our food and other goods.

Ban all advertising.
. Period .
Those networks won't have any ad revenue if that happens :)
Ever wonder why cancer screenings are free?
Hopefully that includes online ads. That would be more effective.
Not brought to you by Pfizer

Yep - it's always "follow the $$"! Cut off the $$ and most of the evil will disappear.
Play vitamin commercials or better yet 5 minute fitness routines
Find out who is spreading and financing chemtrails.
Please God make this happen
I can’t hit the up arrow fast enough ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️
I hardly ever go to the doctor and when I do I probably only take 20% of what he prescribes me, never end up getting refills or follow up appointments
What about the infomercials in the doctor's office waiting room? Ask your doctor if phatalphaline is right for you.
> "America: Land of the Free"
Why ban?

Let's start tomorrow. Or today.
Dear God, please let that trickle down to radio too!
Kim clement said in 2014ish that he saw in 2027 many dieases were cured! That is what helped me know Trump would win. Its happening! Praise the Lord!
When I quit watching ABC Nightly News, I did so saying they are the biggest drug pushers in America. 👏 bravo
