I disagree. The DOJ is staffed with many people with varying political beliefs and for that reason, the only way forward is Military Intelligence/military tribunals. Even with Republicans heading these crucial departments, the Supreme Court would eventually be involved and look at who's waiting there?? One of them can't tell you what a female is and she sits as a judge in the highest court in the U.S.! The corruption is just too deep.

I respectfully disagree. For decades, we've seen the Republican Party morph into something that is barely distinctive from the Democrat Party.
The Republicans aren't standing at a crossroads, nor are they needing to do anything but stay out of the way of the DOJ in pursuing criminal investigations and trials of Obama and his fellow traitors. Same goes for the Epstein files.
If the RNC is smart, they'll tell Republican governors and reps in Congress: This isn't about you. Don't make it about you. This is not our time. But a time IS coming. All I know is that for years I have heard that arrests are about to made - and none have ever happened. It is always about what is about to happen - and nothing ever does. I feel like I’m being led on and manipulated. I’ve lost hope that anything will ever happen.

They did arrest a few Judges a few months back, the ones shielding the illegal immigrants etc. That's something at least.

If the Federal Court system can be shown to be non-functional it is possible for the President to establish military tribunals and only then could they prosecute Treason against civilians.

By the way - currently only military or enemy combatants can be tried (at GITMO) before Military Tribunals. Any US Citizens that are there are subject to Federal Law (not Military). Again - unless the Federal courts are non-functional.
