The Catholic Church was subverted and infiltrated. Look up Gregory Baum for an example.
This is why there is some infighting about Vatican 2. Currently the SSPX (the order of St Pius X) a traditional Latin mass group is facing excommunication. They are named after Pope Pius X who wrote Pascendi Dominici Gregis. Which was basically a letter about how modernists (like Leo and Francis) and religious relativism would destroy the church. Even if you are Protestant it’s a good read cause you can apply it to liberal theology destroying the faith in general.
So while the SSPX and other traditional Latin Mass groups get attacked by the Vatican, German Bishops allowed female deacons and nothing happens to them.
I know. The Protestant Reformation was more political than Theological and Martin Luther had regrets about it and wrote “Jews and their lies” after they deceived him about biblical canon.
Luther had legitimate criticisms but it went too far. Also he was actually fine with indulgences just not how they were used.
Nothing like selling chit you don't actually have... the ultimate grift...
As a Catholic altar boy - the bishop said he'd give me 10 days indulgence if I took his briefcase out to his car...all of about 9 I knew the entire thing was bullshit.
You have been deceived, that the Catholic Church is the one true church. Believers do not hate Roman Catholics, just hate the unbiblical doctrines of Grace+ works and other non scriptural things like popes. Jesus said to him. "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me". John 14:6. Jesus does not say a pope, is the way to eternal life.
I'm no fan of the pope, no one i know thinks the pope is the way to eternal life but Catholism is the one faith with direct continuity with Jesus Christ.
The above comment has been my average experience as someone who is converting. I don’t think most Protestants understand the Catholic Church at all. I hear blatant lies about it at worst and at best understandings.
He says “unbiblical” but the Catholic Church put together the canon of the Bible at the council of Rome in 382 and affirmed it at Hippo in 393 and Carthage in 397. So the people who put the Bible together don’t understand it? And the ironic part about it is that James 2:26 literally says Faith without works is dead. It’s why Luther wanted to pull the book out.
I get told I don’t read the Bible yet I can defend the sacraments with scripture and there is no scripture for Sola Scriptura.
I don’t mind respectful debate and conversations but the blatant lies are frustrating.
Honestly as a catholic I see how they grew out of the spirit of the age, and though they did damage to the church they did express a certain Anglo rebellion to the middle eastern values that came from the bible and Catholicism in general, which if you remember was started in Rome which is basically a Mediterranean territory. So the latent Anglo rebellion to the catholic proscribed rules that cut across their genetic wisdom was an important point of inflection. Though its time for a rejoining of the church to European heritage values and some kind of synthesis if things are going to improve as we hope
They are priests that are modernists and they are bad for our Catholic Church. Hopefully God has mercy on us and gives us what we need to be able to get rid of whatever the demons are planning.
I agree with you.. Something has always made me feel the same way.. He was wronged.. Just my opinion.. This previous Pope was fishy and iffy at best.. A lot in his letter gives me the same feels.. I am not Catholic.
I am hoping the SSPX bishops don’t get excommunicated and there is a lot of hope. Despite the boomer modernists the TLM is exploding in popularity and over 80% of new priests identify as conservative.
I'm witnessing it first hand. In my son's small circle of friends their are atleast two who are conservative and halfway through their schooling to become priests.
can I get a CCC# or Magesterium ruling or text with an Imprimatur that allows for laity to hold such a belief, that you can proclaim someone else is "your pope" without being a schismatic?
Wow. If the pope actually reads it I hope he is humbled. I'll leave my favorite passage from it here for those who won't read the whole letter
"I appeal to another Leo, the great Pope Vincenzo Gioacchino Pecci, in the paradoxical situation of knowing that he would find my words agreeable and praiseworthy, while the Bergoglian church has judged them to be schismatic. What has happened in the Catholic Church in the space of a few decades, that I find myself condemned, and with me all the pre-conciliar Popes? Quomodo facta est meretrix civitas fidelis? (Is 1:21)."
I love this man. He is the only one with the guts to stand up. How anyone is still worshipping under the false pope is beyond me. My sister loves to talk like Catholicism is the only true religion and blindly follows whatever they say. I grew up Catholic, and all I ever learned were prayers, chants and songs. Which were good, but I never really learned the bible!
Now they worship individual Saints, which we never did before to the extent they do, they have so many Holy Days of Obligation we never had, relics, and all sorts of doo dads and stuff that I don't remember from my youth. I feel like the Catholic Church has swerved somewhere, and this man can tell us where.
I know people, like my sister, will rise up and defend the Catholic religion, however I am 100% happier where I am, and 1000% glad to be away from being Catholic!!!!
Also going to add that as a child Catholic, I didn't have a relationship with God. After I left, I found a relationship with him and know he walks by my side, doesn't just judge me from above!!!
I was born in Varese on January 16, 1941, into a devout Catholic family. Ordained a priest in 1968, I entered the diplomatic service in 1971 and served five Popes in various roles: in nunciatures (Baghdad, Kuwait, London), the Secretariat of State, as Permanent Observer to the Council of Europe, Apostolic Nuncio to Nigeria (1992–1998), Delegate for Pontifical Representations (1998–2009), Secretary General of the Vatican Governorate, and finally Apostolic Nuncio to the United States (2011–2016). In these positions, I handled sensitive episcopal appointments and cases involving bishops and cardinals, including the Theodore McCarrick dossier.
As Delegate, my investigations into corruption and my efforts to address financial mismanagement in the Governorate—turning a €15 million deficit into a €35 million surplus—disturbed powerful interests, leading to my removal from key posts. Under Pope Francis (Bergoglio), I faced severe restrictions after 2016: forced retirement on my 75th birthday, denial of return to the Vatican, revocation of citizenship and passport, loss of healthcare access, and effective house arrest. In 2018, I published a memorandum exposing the McCarrick scandal and networks of corruption involving Bergoglio.
Church critique: From my experience, I view the Second Vatican Council as the start of a subversive revolution that ruptured continuity with Tradition in doctrine, liturgy, and discipline, enabling modernism, de-Christianization, and moral decay.
Current actions: I support persecuted traditional clergy and groups (e.g., via the Exsurge Domine Foundation and Familia Christi), celebrate the Tridentine Mass, and denounce the “conciliar and synodal church.”
Stance: I reject the excommunication imposed on me as illegitimate and null, affirm I am not schismatic, and remain a faithful son of the Holy Roman Church, obedient to the perennial Papacy and Magisterium up to Pius XII. I appeal for dialogue, reparation, and an audience to address these grave matters.
I am a practicing RC. I love my small little Catholic church here in the Coastal Plains of NC nestled in the bible belt. I understand that RELIGION is man made and therefore it will forever be blemished by the men (and/or women) who run them bc they are sinners.
I believe in the Holy Trinity that Christ is in the actual host and wine at Communion and I believe with all my heart that Christ is my saviour and I cannot get into Heaven without being His.
I don't let the pope of the Catholic Church run my life. I don't follow him. But I do remember when they changed the Mass after the Second Vatican from Latin to the native tongue of locals. in some ways this was better than listening to Mass in Latin but in other ways I understand how Latin was the Universal church language and you could go to any country and experience it as at home.
I choose to remain a Catholic as I was raised one. I walked away from my prior very liberal Catholic Church in NY state. I had considered becoming a Baptist. I do bible studies with other women of other denominations. I decided to try out my local Catholic Church here in NC before I checked out other churches. I loved it and still do.
As a Catholic I don't think too much about the pope... But really didn't like the last one at all. And I am lukewarm about our current pope.
Though I am not a Catholic, in my view this is the real pope. ⬆️⬆️⬆️

The entirety of the Protestant faiths were created for the singular purpose of destroying Catholicism.

But neither like to discuss this:
"Neither shall men say, Lo here, or lo there: for behold, the kingdom of God is within you"...Luke 17 : 21
Jesus is WAY, TRUTH and LIFE...Not any religion...NONE.....TRUTH takes you to LIFE, not Law or Ritual...only simple TRUTH...too difficult for most!

The previous Pope was a Pedophile 💯. He loved Oboso and the Clintons
He leads my Church. If it werent for Vigano and my based Pastor Id have left the Church.
Yeah in a way I think of him as the secret pope, or the pope in spirit and in righteousness
The Orthodox believe "my Church" already "have left the Church."
God bless His Warrior Vigano! 🙏☝️✨
I'm Catholic and Archbishop Vigano is my Pope!
I am hoping the SSPX bishops don’t get excommunicated and there is a lot of hope. Despite the boomer modernists the TLM is exploding in popularity and over 80% of new priests identify as conservative.

Well you literally cannot be liberal and be Catholic. People like Biden and Pelosi should be excommunicated.
can I get a CCC# or Magesterium ruling or text with an Imprimatur that allows for laity to hold such a belief, that you can proclaim someone else is "your pope" without being a schismatic?
Self-destruct sequence, activate.
Come out of her, my people...
Bob is soooo in over his head. But then, usurpers usually are. Another masterpiece by Vigano.
Fantastic document and not a word from "Robert"

Leo XIII, to whom we owe the powerful prayer to St. Michael!
Malachi Martin appears to have been right.

He was much more diplomatic than I would have been.
My letter would have been one sentence, which I won't print here.
That's not a letter. It is a book he wrote.
most Catholic documents are books. Nothing is simple there, because evil hides in the sheer amount of twisting and warping of words.

His bewilderment could be remedied by realizing that;
and,
Upon realizing these two things Vigano will be able to see clearly. Until then he will continue being baffled
