you've ignored gender demographics: we don't have accurate counts for this in the age group, but 50.73% are females in the uk, so extrapolating from there, you can presume about 6. 3 million girls under 16.
you've ignored racial demographics: again no real number for the age group, but about 76.8% are white British in the uk, so we can estimate there are 5 million white British girls under 16.
Now when you compare that 5 mil relevant figure to the victims, you get 5% of the relevant group being tortured/taped by these gangs. That's a 1 in 20 chance someone's daughter was a victim of this.
