Cognitive Dissonance
Every one of us is watching a "reality TV show" that is our own life. Every one of us is the star character in that show. We all believe ourselves to be smart and good people.
When the liberals are faced with Trump's facts, they call them lies, because if Trump were telling the truth (which he is) that would mean they've been duped by someone wicked, and they're not actually the smart and good people that they believe themselves to be. It's easier to call Trump a liar and dismiss everything he says than to humble themselves and admit they were wrong.
So there are American citizens who do not have a driver's license and do not have a social security number. Getting a social security number is optional. The government just convinces most parents to get a social security number for their newborn so they can get tax credits.
The Amish do not participate in social security or driving automobiles, but they are citizens and they have a right to vote.
But this is only a small segment of society. No doubt California is actually registering illegals to vote. California is actually red, it just has too many election shenanigans

Unlike coinage, bills do not actually print the year they were created on them. They print the series number, which is a year, but that series can be reprinted for several years. So that 1969 bill in the video was probably first printed in 1969 but was still printed each year with that date on it until the 1977 redesign.
