The sooner and the more of us realise that the solution is staring right back at us at the mirror, and the closer we work together, the closer we are to undoing the societal rot done to humanity. There is no outnumbering us if we do this, we outnumber those subhuman parasites, even their paid drones combined, and no other power can compare.
You can I’m sure if you make time for it!
I recently had my life reset from this scamdemic and despite being lonely at times I’ve never been happier being completely unplugged and my new journey to self discovery is incredible.
- Stop eating food that come from a plastic bag
- Stop drinking poison water
- Delete all social media exposure, as well as any medium that contains repeated programming ads about all sorts of degeneracy and materialistic lifestyle
- Purge your life of all things you do not need, ie. “friends”, social events, fake activities you hide behind so you can “belong”, includes jobs you hate
- Start doing what you love
- Be out in nature
- Write more
- Start living a life where you’re not asking yourself what’s missing in your life that is external of you that you need, but instead look within yourself and find out what you truly love doing, what you believe your purpose is, and follow and develop those
- Train more, physically and mentally
I could list so many more but I think that’s a good starting point to remove depression.
I also rarely get sick and something got through to me two weeks ago. Why I’m still recovering is my haste to getting back towards training and I think I did more damage. Lesson learnt. I eat extremely cleanly and exercise daily. But on the mend now, one or two more days of solid rest, and my body would be finished with its latest natural immunity upgrades.
I haven’t bought bonds and in fact, threw out my only ones (bought for me) not long ago, after I started seeing more mental rot programming through their marketing. Like normalising being a filthy fat fuck as “sexy” and “healthy”.
Thank you for sharing. I don’t replace my shoes very often. And the last pair I bought for workouts is a pair of Reeboks, and with this, no more. Thank you.
