Revolvers are so 1970’s. It’s rare to see them anymore. One good thing is that they hold on to their spent shells. If someone wanted to shoot of a couple blank rounds it would be best to use a revolver, because an auto wouldn’t cycle. The obviously crimped blank spent shells would also be retained.
Weird. 59 second long video of the Saudi welcoming President Trump.
I don’t know what program he was using but this it might’ve been something similar to what is referenced here. The title of the article might have some bearing on why these people are getting ham licenses.
“Ampegon Group encourages use of shortwave for “secure data transmission and high-speed communications”
One of my nerd friends is a ham. He has some sort of program on a computer that I guess he hooks the radio up to. He has been able to communicate to random people in Africa from the US. It pretty much works like text messaging.
I found this on the police website. https://www.ottawapolice.ca/Modules/News/index.aspx?keyword=&date=02/01/2022
The surgery wasn’t bad. I was put under for the surgery. I think it was on a Friday and missed two or three days of work the next week. There was a little pain but it wasn’t too bad. There were several visits after the surgery to cleanup inside. I was really good with irrigating my sinuses. A bunch of scabs and clots would come out in the wash but it lessened and eventually stopped.
Since the surgery I have not really gotten a cold. If I have any congestion I will use the neti bottle and wash it away. I also don’t always sniff like I did before. My sense of smell has improved. There is no resistance when I breathe through my nose. My nose isn’t always stuffy or runnning either.
After the surgery, I was talking on the phone to a relative that I only talk to every few years. He noticed that I sounded different, less “nasally” He is a musician so he probably has a super good ear for this. I don’t think I sound any different
I had a deviated septum too. I also had polyps in my sinuses and the Neti pot didn’t work. The polyps would act as a valve and not let the solution out the other nostril. I used to fly a lot too. It was pretty awful to fly with blocked sinuses. Eventually I visited a specialist and had a surgery. Apparently people are supposed to be able to breathe solely thru their noses.

How recent is this video? The guys look like they are wearing Air Force uniforms from ~15 years ago.
