Her symptoms suggest one of two conflicts. It's possible she is having a "falling/balance conflict" in which she has either suffered a fall that frightened her in the recent past, or almost suffered one that she can't easily forget. If she occasionally has dreams about falling, this would be indicative. If she feels like she is going to fall or spin to one side or the other (left or right), this is useful diagnostic information.
If neither of these are relevant, then you are correct with diagnosing her inner ear as the vestibulocochlear cranial nerve runs right through the brain relays of the middle ear. She is in the restoration/healing phase from an earlier "hearing conflict" in which there was something she wanted to hear but couldn't, like good news, the voice of a loved one or friend (right ear) who was absent, etc. Issues with the left ear indicate she could not get rid of, or stop hearing about something that she no longer wanted to hear - like the sound of construction workers nearby, loud music, recurring screaming, partying, someone she loved that would not stop complaining, bad news she did not want to hear more of, etc.
If the former diagnosis is accurate she is still actively conflicted, worried about falling or losing her balance again. Helping her understand this will assist her with resolving this conflict and letting go of the worry/concern.
IF the latter diagnosis is more accurate, she has resolved the hearing conflict as it is no longer troubling her. All she needs to do is relax and be settled around her current symptoms as they will subside and vanish in time. She's quite right in avoiding the allopaths as they can do nothing to help her due to their profound medical school "miseducation" in which they are taught exactly ZERO causes for dis-ease, and therefore do not understand cures, and this is why all they can offer is pain relievers and symptom suppressors, both of which can prolong the healing phase, oftentimes to the long-term detriment of their patient, just as the big pharma cabal has designed it.

Food for thought for Randy; he is suffering from a "starvation conflict" which can look like many things, such as: A person can suffer a starvation conflict in real terms due to a lack of food. Hence, being put on a strict diet, not being allowed to eat one’s favorite food, a colon cancer diagnosis associated with not getting food through the intestine, wearing a colostomy bag, ongoing diarrhea, a loss of appetite and excessive vomiting during chemo treatments, or unintentional weight loss might trigger the conflict. However, a “threat of starvation” could also be brought on when one is – unexpectedly – in a situation of not being able to make ends meet, let’s say, because of the loss of a workplace, pay cuts, the loss of a business, bankruptcy, the loss of clients, an unexpected rent increase, an economically devastating divorce, the confiscation of property, the loss of savings, financial debts, or losing a family member who provided financial support. In short, the conflict translates into the distress of running out of resources to feed oneself and those one feels responsible for.

This is correct. The word "Is-Ra-El", first used as the name God gave to Jacob when he "woke up" was used in the ancient region of Kemet, now deceptively called "Egypt" to further confuse the Christians.
The original meaning of the word "Israel" was the "Re-Union" or "marriage" of the masculine and feminine principles within oneself that triggered "union with God" or "enlightenment" or "awakening" or "resurrection" - take your pick - all holding the same meaning.

Well you're spot on. My research is very much rooted in the spiritual realm.
I write "liege lord" as the words liege, allegiance, & legal all come from the same Latin root. They're telling us who is in charge with the very name of their system!
I could go much deeper on the spiritual level with you. But suffice it to say, we all agreed to enter this realm of "duality" and, as such, somebody needed to play the role of the "bad guys" to make the good/bad part of it work. My theory is, there are two factions at work here; one are the "good guys" and one are the "bad guys" always hard at work trying to tip the balance in their respective direction. The freemasons are here to keep the balance, hence the black/white checkerboard symbology. If you weren't aware, they also completely run the liege lord system.
Now here's the key to it all -> Knowing who you are; within the lawful/legal realm is a start, but far more importantly, within the game of "life" itself. My understanding is, once you've mastered the legal realm, the judge will bow down and allow a real man/woman to proceed LAWFULLY, but only after you've been tested. Said judge will also admire you for figuring out the game afoot. But you must always remember, within the legal/liege-lord system, nothing matters as much as behaving honorably, not facts, not truth, not justice. It's all about honor! It's their system and that's the number one rule.
Once you've figured out you're a man/woman, and nothing else, you get to pass "go" and now take on the larger and far more important task of figuring out who you REALLY are. Because rest assured, not only are you not a person/citizen/resident/defendant/etc., but you're also not a man/woman either. You're something far greater than that!
So it's all about stepping up your game from playing "little ol' me"; weak, subordinate, able to be bossed around, subservient, dependent, etc. which is how we've all been brainwashed into behaving by the establishment institutions. You're not going to get anywhere with this legal/lawful stuff until you can see through the game and EMBODY the truth of the matter. It's because of this brainwashing that the liege-lord system must stay in place. It can't just be wiped out overnight. It serves its purpose for the unconscious, asleep, brainwashed sheeples. But if you're ready to step into self-governship, self-responsibility, and zero dependency on their system, that opportunity is available to you and they will "part the sea" and allow to crossover into your own sovereignty.
Most important of all, it's not about "what you know", but rather it's about "who you be" from moment to moment, whether you're in the midst of a legal/lawful affair or not. As my favorite guru likes to say; "it's a lifestyle".

What qualifies as a "documentary"? Like a legit "documentary" only or do audio presentations, speeches, etc. work too? Most of the really good stuff out there wasn't produced as a "normie-friendly" documentary which is what it sounds like you may be looking for.
