Par for the course with the EPA and other government regulatory agencies: ultimately, they work AGAINST the people's interest.

I agree, and the repeated attempts to get rid of the A-10 make no sense other than as an effort to weaken protection for our ground troops. I don't know of anything more effective in this role than the A-10, and the troops clearly love them. A-10s do the job.

EDIT: Below, an A-10 pilot making a case for moving the F/A-18E/Fs Super Hornets into the role now occupied by the A-10. He makes a good case, and his major concern in getting rid of the A-10 is a loss of the knowledge base required to use air power (piloting and support) to properly supply support to ground troops:

You could be right. On the other hand, communist nations (including China) have a tradition of mass show trials, used to eliminate those the Supreme Leader was unhappy with or felt threatened by. "Show trials" might not be the particular fashion used here, but ordinary rigged trials might be.

In the US during the mid-1800s, life expectancy was in the 45-year range, due in large part to high infant, child, and maternal (at birth) death rates. Then it all changed as profitable artificial drugs got pushed by what became the medical cartel, government began giving unhelpful nutrition advice, vaccines became the norm and in some cases became defacto mandated, toxic fluoride got dumped into water supplies, and so on. All of which kept Americans less healthy than they would have been despite improvements in average wealth during this period (less poverty = longer lifespans for a variety of reasons) bringing a slow continued improvement in average lifespan . . . until just recently.

As you know, there's a LOT of solid, scientific information from medical and scientific professionals (and from other credible sources) proving -- especially in aggregrate -- that the COVID jabs are A) not safe AT ALL and B) not effective at preventing COVID.

Mandating COVID "vaccines" is a literal CRIME given what is KNOWN about the dangers. It will eventually be widely acknowledged as such, and "eventually" could arrive sooner than most think.

Outside of Portland and Eugene -- the big Woke strongholds -- most of Oregon is filled with sane, decent, hardworking Americans. (Plenty of those IN the big cities also, I expect, but vote-by-mail (exclusively!) has long-since drowned out pro-America, pro-freedom, pro-family voices with the din of anything that opposes healthy, normal life).
