White boots are pretty common in the South as they are cooler to wear under bright sun. I live in SW Missouri and have a pair for summer farm work.

Could be a combination of letters. Something like "TE" of "FE". Doesn't look like a normal "E".

Shit. One of my grandsons goes to Marine boot-camp in June, was supposed to go into that unit.

I've been training him to shoot, calculate ballistics/adjustments, since he was 5yo. Kid is one hell of a marksman, a natural, at 18.
