He discusses Q-related topics, the NWO, deep state, corrupt government actions, you name it. If you're watching Alex Jones, you probably have some sense that not everything is right in the world, there is more than what meets the eye, and something a bit deeper is going on.
Other than the Q posts saying "AJ is MOS" I can't really believe that he is a plant, even though he does say things like "Qanon" or spouts that "Qanon is not real". Who GAF. We don't know if it's real or not, but we've opened our eyes and can see that there is more at play here because most of us have an actual sense of intuition, good gut feelings, and don't simply take everything at face value.
