I have always said that the delay in release of the files is to cause mass public demand for their release. The public has to be foaming at the mouth, as you said, so that they get the media coverage and concern only to be baited and switched.

I used to love the guy's music. Vancouver boy, crazy good musician in his 20s. Became a drugged out fatty creep almost overnight after the band's last good album in ~2000 and a shadow of what he once was. He now has the glazed over eyes of an antidepressant zombie.
To be fair he said the people protesting outside hospital bay doors, not unvaxxed. That's semi-true, as last year when the nurses et al were losing their jobs for not taking the shot there were huge protests drawing huge crowds outside hospitals, which the media jumped on and painted them as 'crazies' who blocked hospital entrances. Whether they actually did or not, it was very unfortunate for the protestors as they didn't understand the optics beforehand.
The whole debacle was overshadowed by the highly successful trucker protests in Ottawa though, so whatever.
