I'm not sure about intuition or IQ but I definitely agree with the empathy part. I'm pretty sure I don't have above average IQ. But I can definitely see myself on the empathy part. I try to notice the person being ignored the most or are getting the least attention and I try to talk to them to make sure they don't get left out.
