Taxation was meant to be indirect taxation...on things other than necessities and definitely NOT on income or property (direct taxation--unconstitutional). The whiskey tax was a failure after some years of outright rebellion by many Americans. It was repealed under Jefferson in 1802 as being almost impossible to collect. Interesting that since that time, Americans have submitted to unlawful taxation in all of its forms. This is what happens when we do not know our rights, the supreme law of this land and the absolute limitations of our public servants at all levels.
I think that most people will agree that "chipping in" in one's local town for rightful expenses makes sense and I'd suggest that this would carry over to the feds and the state. Don't believe me? Keep looking down the paper trail. Look for California companies (think Silicon Valley) reincorporating in Delaware to avoid CA taxes. They're all using USSC to do it. They all have the same "251 Little Falls" address in their filings.
The Qualcomm thing? 100% to do with how they license the IP for their processors- ARM is a Brit company, Qualcomm's UK subsidiary is a "partner", which allows them to negotiate lower licensing prices and sidestep UK regulations. This was something sprayed all over tech publications years ago.

I think that most people will agree that "chipping in" in one's local town for rightful expenses makes sense and I'd suggest that this would carry over to the feds and the state. However, the taxation that exists now is not much more than an outright money-grab that's very wrongly spent with no real accountability. Every single expense that a town/state has must to be viewed microscopically and except for true bare-bones expenses, eliminated. This must be done.

One interesting thing is there was a "governor" for the city (not mayor, although that title could also be included for a different office).
I have not researched it, but I am guessing that either (a) this was repealed, or at least the office of governor was, or (b) there is a governor that is unknown to the people (possibly combined with another office -- either mayor of DC or President of the United States). USSC is a company that helps corporations with legal filings to get started, reincorporate in a different state, or helps US companies set up foreign subsidiaries. Nothing more. They are always listed as an agent, since they prepare and submit the paperwork to the legal authorities.
Don't believe me? Keep looking down the paper trail. Look for California companies (think Silicon Valley) reincorporating in Delaware to avoid CA taxes. They're all using USSC to do it. They all have the same "251 Little Falls" address in their filings.
The Qualcomm thing? 100% to do with how they license the IP for their processors- ARM is a Brit company, Qualcomm's UK subsidiary is a "partner", which allows them to negotiate lower licensing prices and sidestep UK regulations. This was something sprayed all over tech publications years ago.

Towards the end of this information, the company is of type "Domestic Stock". This could be referring to our birth certificates as these appear to be used to value and trade our overall wealth to feed the Rothchilds.

This I need to save especially with the example of researching, and unbelievable information, as far as corporation I was looking and discovered this a year ago, not as in depth. No one believed me, that’s the tough part is not having to really communicate with in depth. I’ve never been really the type of person to be closed off. One thing that comes to mind after reading this and seeing the Delaware component is that many contracts I review for work will reference Delaware law as the overarching laws being followed by the two businesses regardless of where they are physically located. Could this be due to this Uber umbrella corporation that so many things fall under?
It is not a bit deal for Corporation Service Company to be an officer/agent of so many companies.
They are a service company to other companies, some of which may want to incorporate in Delaware, without actually having to set up an office there. So they pay CSC to manage the paperwork. They may have to be registered as an "agent" or an "officer" in order to be able to legally submit the paperwork.
Is dissolving the corp the plug Pence was talking about?
