This is strange grounds, as it's not only treading on civil rights, but HIPAA laws as well, for example, I have an autoimmune condition called Guillaine Barre, in remission I'm okay, but a flu shot could leave me paralyzed and on a ventilator due to relapse, my doctor told me I was lucky, and to never get another flu shot again, Guillaine Barre is listed in the top 5 side effects for the covid 19, so I can't get one, I am medically exempt, so I'm pretty sure I could sue over getting fired for refusing.
Yes, that where I was going with the HIPAA thing, it violates a lot of laws in place ImO, though I'm not an attorney.
You should look into reporting your condition to employer with regards to the ADA. I believe that employers are only forbidden from medical discrimination if the appropriate forms have been filled out.

If this isn't stopped before it truly is out of control then people will lose confidence in the military to fix shit and even worse, people might see military in very negative ways for allowing so many lives to be ruined, so many lives lost.
If the military is actually in charge, then I’m not sure the people will actually forgive them for allowing Covid-19 to go through. In the first week, the military could have come forward and said they had looked into the virus, it was a common cold, look at Event 201, this is a coordinated attack on America by foreign enemies, and that the media is not correctly informing the American People.
The media would have gone hysterical, yes, but it would have completely and immediately changed the narrative. It would have actually put them on the defensive, and totally scattered them in the line of attack they eventually moved forward with.
The only reason I could see them allowing the hoax would either be for this Election Fraud sting or as cover for arrests. But even that would be difficult to justify.

I understand the military might assess an acceptable amount of casualties in a situation but the majority of people are not trained to have that mindset. It's one thing to drag things out and let Biden pretend to be president all the criminals fuck themselves up but there may very well be permanent consequences from this.
I am fortunate to live in FL so I haven't had to deal with lockdowns, businesses closing, wearing masks, or any of that and also that weird snow storm around the country missed FL as always.
I can only imagine how horrible it must be for people in areas where businesses are forced to be closed, people forced out of a job, no income to pay bills or buy food, potential homelessness and government not doing shit to help them when it was the government that put them in those situations.

The military had no authority to act at that time. They can only be accused of inaction from whatever time they assume governing authority. Trump certainly pushed for order and containment and treatment, but treasonous acts subverted and eventually overturned the government. That's how I read it. Wish I knew the full timeline, though.

Best bet is to have your primary care physician write a letter indicating that the vaccine is not recommended for you. He can list whatever health condition you may have, and then say adverse reaction is likely to harm you.
If you were to get fired for not getting the shot at that point, you would have a discrimination lawsuit on your hands. The discrimination would be based on your "disability" or inability to receive the shot.
If you don't have a regular doctor to hook you up, look up americas front line doctors or a group like that to get yourself a medical excuse, pronto. Best be prepared. Good luck.

I had read previously that some docs were recommending that men consider freezing their sperm before getting the series, just in case. I now see lots of MSM sites screaming "NOT TRUE!!!", so take that as you will.
There were concerns about men, if I remember correctly. Those enrolled in a study related to the vaccine were told to freeze their sperm before receiving their first dose.
