This is because I completely agree and love how on focus the site has been, there has been good discussion where opinions differ and next to no shills. I went from deporting half the time I browsed to... I do not even remember the last time I hit the deport button.

There have been a couple of times when I have posted comments, the message SAVING COMMENT appears next to the Circle of Insanity, and it sets and churns and churns and churns forever. If I go to another page, it loses my comment. Is that the AutoModerator or a technical glitch?
Clicking 'Save' again may cause a double-post. My comments have been hanging on 'Saving comment' forever all day today, but if I just wait long enough and then refresh, it'll have posted even though it never "finishes" saving.
After it happened the first couple of times, I learned to copy the post to the clipboard so if it gets stuck, I just post it again, but I can't just assume that I can hit the SAVE button and all will be well.
That’s just the authentication process, which seems to time out without a new page load for several minutes. Clicking save doesn’t kick authentication.win into action, but refreshing or loading any page will. Doing so, just like Evspra says, will allow you to click back to your still-in-limbo post, and hit save again. No need to copy/paste/refresh the page you were typing on. Ever since I figured this out, I’ve never lost anything, and don’t even find it to be much of a bother.
When that happens, I copy the text and hit refresh. After refreshing, it saves right away. Works for me. Thanks for asking the question; I was wondering also.

I was able to make a post and now I can't. I asked for an explanation and was told I was too new and had to comment more with no explanation how much. Now I know. Oh and so do the shills btw.

There are those of us who have been at this for going on 3 and a half years. We have good ideas, good info and don't just live in an echo chamber. Sad "our" info won't be heard.
I know what you mean. I have a large group of people I send post from here daily. I look through tons of them and lots are duplicated and the important ones disappear quickly. I do what I can to get info out, I pray and try to spread hope. But I guess that is our jobs now.
Some mods act sketchy removing peoples posts for BS reasons, and flood the site/sticky with their own low effort off topic shit combined with dodging questions because they fear/avoid transparency = zero trust.
Now the mod I dont like/trust is cats for reason #1. And now both the OP and Uhtred dodged my question why the OPs post kept getting removed because that threw uo a red flag for me. My friend "America In Love 1958" has been trying to post information with a link to an anti-mask/anti-vax petition that is being promoted by Dr. Simone Gold. She (my pede friend) asked me for help, and when I logged on to see what I could do I saw your stickied message that seems to explain the issue. I have never seen a post from here do don't know how active she is, but it's a pretty good bet that she's under the qualifying threshold.
I just sent her a note offering to post on her behalf with credit to her, but then suggested that it may be better for her to contact you directly. I'd rather help her bump her score up so she can post freely in the future. She should be getting in touch with you soon, but if there's a way for you to reach out on your end that may be most helpful.
I do understand that her link may be considered off-topic, but I'll leave that for you to address when you make contact with her.

Have to say you guys do a good job of running the site, its a nice place to be i feel like there is a good mix of good content and also funny content which in the face of all this stuff its good to laugh.
Automod can take a bit to tweak, we Twitch streamers have something similar to it that we can modify to best fit our channels. It can take a bit of fiddling with it to get it where it should be and there's always hiccups along the way. Thanks for the explanation u/Evspra hope you're doing well, miss seeing you on here.

I wrote a message to the mods but didn't hear from anyone because I wasn't sure whether to provide a link or to provide a screencap of the message. I also mentioned that I wasn't sure of this because I recalled seeing a stickied post from one of the mods saying if you're going to post Telegram links, you are to do this and that, but I couldn't find that post anywhere, even with searching locally and from DDG.
So my question is: How do I post anything Telegram related? Links? Screencaps? Screencap in post, then link in comments or vice versa?

Same here with the circle of death. And I do wait longer than 5 seconds.
I fix it the same way.
Select all, copy, paste, save. I make sure the first one didn't go through though, so no double post.
