If you look up photos of Joe Biden in OO the curtains are gold and the American flag is on the Left side of the center window, and that's not the window he's in front of. I don't think they would rearrange the OO flags just for photo ops. Could be photoshopped photo background, but why?

Wow! I checked the wallpaper situation, and at the ~14 second mark, when his head moves to the right, the wallpaper pattern shifts. I don't know anything about video compression, so this could be a function of that, but it is definitely weird. Will need to look at a Trump video from the same room? to see?
The video sub-head is "President Biden releases a video commemorating Bloody Sunday.", so it's not claiming to be a video MADE anytime recently. I think this answers the "green foliage" mystery.
He mentioned the 2020 election so we know it’s later than November. Also this tree does not look like an evergreen, but rather deciduous. Almost positive no tree in DC between November-March, other than an evergreen, would have green foliage. This leaves (no pun intended) only one outcome in my opinion.

I just checked the live camera at the White House (https://www.earthtv.com/en/webcam/washington-white-house/live-stream) and there doesn't appear to be much green in view. It looks like some green shrubs are around the lower edge, so that could be what is visible in the video.

Look at the Forbes Breaking News video and just watch around Biden's head.
It's distorted and the wallpaper gets stretched and pulled in different ways. Either the entire thing is a green screen or they just put his deep faked head on someone else's body.

Look at the dark brown designs on the wallpaper. When Biden's head moves around them, they change shape or disappear.
Is it normal for the president to end a prerecorded speech like that? Isn't it almost always "May God bless the United States of America?" or at least just "God bless America" for short?

I'll play devils advocate here. We all know the person in the picture here is a fraud, but the trees could be an arborvitae. These are evergreen and have fan like needles. It is a bit blurred out back there from the depth of field from the camera lens they are using so its hard to tell.

Arborvitae aren't fake, they are fantastic for borders and as "green fences" They do brown/bronze slightly in the winter but they are generaly green all year 'round and will grow just fine in DC's growing zone.

If you look closely it appears to be deciduous shrubs, a small tree, and the gaps between the leaves almost look like green grass. That looks like summer in DC....the fuck is going on lol.

There are a lot of magnolia trees in the DC area. They have deciduous looking leaves, but stay green year round (similar to a rhododendron) - just saying it’s a possibility that’s what we are looking at.
