They do not have jurisdiction to seize the results of a state audit.
This is assuming they respect the Constitution. All they will likely do is have the mockingbird media keep screaming "threat to democracy" as they try to swoop in and try to confiscate all of the evidence.

Martial Law has been declared and the Military is in control. Who really knows what laws apply right now. That being said, they will let it go. This is all an act to fit the narrative.

Rights that are not specifically granted to the federal government in the Constitution are the jurisdiction of the states. Fed has no business getting involved.
DOJ doesn't have the authority. Elections are a state thing and DOJ doesn't get to touch it, constitutionally.
That said, he who commands the men with guns makes the rules. If AZ puts the audit under heavy guard the DOJ will be picking a fight they cannot win. AZ can put more armed people in and around the audit site than the fed can without a major mobilization and violation of posse comitatus.
A decertification would only piss off about a million zombies. The 100 million patriots could keep them line, I promise.

This is definitely a tipping point. Will it be the US Marshalls or the Military stopping the Federal Agents from seizing the ballots? Can they be stopped? The world will be watching.
We all knew there would come a time when the war behind the scenes would become public, it's looking like the completion of the AZ audit might be it. When the results prove fraud, that gives the military reason to act. If the DOJ tries to shut it down and seize everything, that gives the military reason to get involved. I'm sure they've planned for whatever is going to happen.
I believe you are right about there being a plan - I just hope we are not going to keep extending the rope they are all supposed to be hanging themselves with.

Since the DoJ has no jurisdiction at all - any attempt to seize anything regarding the AZ audit would not end well for them. Basically they can sit around Tuggin' their Toobins for all that it matters.
But wouldn't the corrupt Governor and Marciopa Sheriff help the Feds? Who would stop them because as I understand it the Senator who threatened them with jail doesn't have authority to have them arrested.

You have it ass-backwards. The feds would try to help the corrupt AZ gov, etc. Bottom line: the feds have no legal jurisdiction. They usually resort to bribes or threats to withhold federal funding, and that sort of thing.

I think patriots are weighing one option and it's one where it doesn't end well for the feds. But If it comes to that then the military will step in and they won't be on the FBI or DOJ's side.
