Calm down... take a deep breath.... then take several more. This is going to end, one way or the other, and as much as we'd like to, we won't have much to do when it all goes down except embrace it and stand with your red-pill friends. There are larger issues involved here than any one of us can manage or control. From the elite's plans (doomed), to the Q Plan (still in play), to God's plan, which none of us know. Hang tight and just be ready, day or night, in case we are called on.
Anger is reasonable in response to evil but it is harmful to one's mental and physical health. I pray, praise, read the Bible and ask for God's peace, wisdom and discernment.
Realize that all emotions are like the lights on the dashboard of your car. They are indicators that something is wrong. Accept that you are angry because something is wrong and not that it is wrong to be angry. Given the times we live in it is the correct emotion. Acting in anger or violence is wrong. Search and find what you can personally do to change what makes you angry. If there is anything that can be done peacefully then do that. If there is nothing you can do to change that situation then withdraw to compose yourself. Choose your battles carefully. Act intentionally. Respond don't react. Breathe but above all, pray.
I was utterly stressed out, without knowing the extent of it until I quit my job a few months ago. I was miserable, tired, had horrible and nonsensical dreams and nightmares, then realized I had too much on my plate. Since then, I have been so much better off. If what's causing your anger is keeping up with all that's going on currently, Q and such, take a break. It will still be here when you get back.
Most important of all is prayer. God wants to hear about it, even though He already knows it. :)
May 2020 was really tough for me, and I was grumpy/sad so I decided to get a puppy, even though i already have enough pets. He's a newfoundland and weighed 40 pounds when we got him, and now he's 150. sweetest guy in the world and keeps me busy, so it's a nice distraction.
In the midst of all this turmoil, God is with us. Also, tetherball is a great release! Doing physical activities while praising God helps me. I start thanking him for every good thing I can think of. This positivity thwarts the enemy of doom and despair. Rinse and repeat...never fails.
Thank YOU for being a good parent. Glad you had fun. Physical exercise in all forms releases endorphins I like to call "happy glands." This in turn, makes us feel good naturally. That feeling of positivity is what wards off evil . They only feed on depression, fear, anxiety ,etc. Anyway, you get my drift. Keep it up patriot!
Glad you recognize two things: your anger, and it's effects on your health.
Do you feel helpless? Do you feel caved in?
Of course, you can work on the anger part. What you really want to be doing is channeling that energy, transforming it into something positive.
That is a process you have to come to grip with. What can we do?
I know, a bazooka would help. Hanging all these low lives from a lamp post would help. Especially, if you can take part in that exaction of justice. How sweet!
However, it is a catch-22. The law has to be followed.
So what can you do?
You need creativity. Locking your mind into anger, is not helping you to become creative. So, what I would recommend to look into is: the NOW time.
First round yourself in that time. Recognize you are living neither in the past nor in the future, but exactly right now.
One way to do that would be to start breathing exercises. Walk around barefooted on soil. Take walks in the forrest, listen intently to nature, watch grass grow. Silence your ego. Your ego is not you. It is a device for problem solving, yet, it often takes on a greater role.
Cannabis might help too, in releasing the creative power of your mind.
But most importantly, you need to recognize who you are biologically. How does your body communicate internally. Then make the changes necessary to live out who you are. Most people are not manifestors, but generators. Initiation is not your path, but cooperation in a field that allows things to come to you.
Your health is the most important. One of the best weapons in your arsenal is rest, good food, good companionship and be a good companion.
You may be surprised what can be gleaned from Human Design and Gene keys. Try the free report and check your energetic makeup, what is conscious and unconscious.
Only a small fraction of our population are initiators. They have the makeup and the sustained energy to push new things. Most of us, simply respond, either in cooperation, functioning as projectors, or as road signs. Most of us, while not knowing this, act out life in a way we are not designed for, creating inner tension and dis-ease.
Make time away (several hours a day and/or several entire days in a row) from anything news related (including GA) to do things you love doing, especially if they're things you can do outside in nature. This gets your entire self (physical, mental and spiritual) focused on things that are (hopefully) peaceful and harmonious, which is great for destressing. It also brings you back to what's important in your personal life and things you have the ability to control/manage. Feeling out of control, as with all things political, contributes to stress and feeling powerless, and focusing on the things we have the ability to control/manage brings us back to our internal center of power.
Try to remember that while we are all on this journey together, we don't all get there at the same time.
Think of a road trip. If the destination is the Grand Canyon, if you are leaving from Tulsa, you are going to get there before the person leaving from Philadelphia. And maybe the person from Philly is stuck in bad traffic and cranky and just wants to say screw it, not understanding the wonder. Some get lost along the way. Some stop to look at the giant ball of string. Some never wanted to go at all. But they will get there. In the meantime, enjoy the view and the excitement of what you will be able to share when they pull up.
Practice deep breathing at least five minutes every morning and night, more if you need to. In slow and deep through your nose, hold it 5-10 seconds then out even slower through your mouth - all while trying to clear your mind and relaxing your muscles, especially neck, shoulders, lats. Do at least 10-15 (or more) of those every time.
Watch or read some comedy. Laughter is good for the soul and your physiology (endorphins).
Exercise. Pugilistic Pepe there knows that twenty minutes on a heavy bag will make you calmer.
Watch a nature show, read a good fiction book. Shut out the constant stream of infuriating realities if only for a few hours. Also, step away from all this for a day or two. Just some suggestions.
One reason so many embraced the masks is it gave them the power or the illusion of power over the virus. (Illusion of course). Do what you can do at the local level. For example, is your school district embracing critical race theory? Show up at the board meetings after having educating yourself on this poison (read books/articles written by both sides and go prepared to speak for the time allotted 3 minutes? 5 minutes?).
The rest is beyond your control. Cliche—Let go; Let God. It’s all in his control. Thank Him for what you have, and ask him to purge this nation of the evil trying to consume it (and doing a damn good job in some instances).
If I didn't have my faith in God, this would be so much harder. I know that ultimately, He wins. You see evil all around you. Why? Because Satan exists. God is real and Jesus died for us, won the war, but the battles are still raging. If you don't believe in God, it's easy enough to meet Him. With a sincere and humble attitude, say a little prayer like this, 'God, I don't know if You exist. If You do exist, I want to know. I want to know the truth. Please reveal Yourself to me." Just be sincere, no flippancy or mocking.
As for the physical, get some exercise! It makes a world of difference. If you aren't used to being physically active, start simple, with walking. You can even walk around your house - inside or out. Just get moving. That will be the impetus to start doing more, like lifting weights. Especially if you're a man, lifting weights (within reason) is important and helpful and will build you up and give you confidence. Fixing those two, the Spiritual and the Physical will have an immediate beneficial effect on the Psychological. Best wishes.
What worries me is how many of my close friends and family have gotten the vaccine already. Hate the thought of losing all the people i hold dear to the fear pervading society. May god keep them and everyone safe from the harm of these poisons being peddled...
I come here and vent, tell shills to fuck off and generally share way more info than I normally would. Or should. But fuck it, Im among mostly frens and those here to make their lists can suck it.
Boxing for a good stress relieving endorphin rush. Serenity prayer to keep me semi-sane. Reading anything about overcoming the Ego, Zen stuff. Playing chess, reading about Game Theory. Watching Futurama/Bob's Burgers. Taking breaks from current events and enjoying nature. ?
Praise God. Yes, get outside, do some enjoyable exercise, modify your diet, ALL of it. I'm already seeing some GREAT guidance from WONDERFUL pedes. My addition is "give God some honest, loving Praise."
"Dear God, I THANK YOU that I live in STILL the greatest nation ever to exist!"
"Dear Precious Heavenly Father, I THANK YOU for your beloved Son, Jesus - who I cherish and who I want to get to know better."
(and, good for you! You're already doing some of this one) "Dear Eternal God, I THANK YOU for all of the wonderful and loving pedes of the Great Awakening! I THANK YOU, dear Lord God that you are sharing with all of us these AMAZING, LOVING creations of your incredible hands. I PRAISE you, Father God!"
(and, one of my own favorites) "Lord God, I worship you and BLESS YOU that you have privileged me to live in the time-frame when you called Donald John Trump to lead our wounded nation. YOU ALONE, Lord God are worthy of my praise and thanksgiving and I PLEAD that you would lead me to honor YOU and the wonderful leader you provided to us!"
And I think you can very well go on from there. Even though it is important and useful, anger can be a terrible distraction and can influence us to shut off important input. Praising God helps us focus on God and helps us keep our eyes on what HE'S doing. And Praising God is just GOOD for us because - for one thing - it opens us to His presence (Psalm 22:3). THAT incredible, loving and Holy Presence is a LIFE CHANGER and is a relationship of ENDLESS growth and exploration. AND, as you already know, in the end - GOD WINS!
I went through phases on this journey. I'm not sure I've hit them all yet. Crying for weeks on end and heartbroken at the loss of America, family, friends, etc. Then angry no justice is being done. Mad at the ...no bad enough word to describe those who steal, molest children and murder them. Angry about the idiots still walking around blind. Then I came to an acceptance phase. Ready to see what happens next. Waiting for each day to pass. Watching. Hoping and just holding my breath knowing God is in control and we are on the winning side of the battle. My anxiety is still bad where I have palpitations daily and I have depressive days still. I lean on this board a lot to get through sometimes. I pray a lot even if it's just thoughts throughout the day. I hold my family close and do all I can to teach them truth and good vs evil. I miss the days of dreaming of a year or two down the road. Planning vacations and thinking about our next step. It's a weird time and im in the same boat as all of you. Just taking it as it comes and figuring it out day by day.
Focus on betterment of self more than dreaming for Justice and find peace in a good routine. We all have to face ourselves in the End, even those damned psychopaths. Breathe out, do your part, God will handle it.

That's how I make it through each day.
Anger is reasonable in response to evil but it is harmful to one's mental and physical health. I pray, praise, read the Bible and ask for God's peace, wisdom and discernment.
Don't watch any msm,or online videos.
Read the news only.
Pray and do normal activities.
Works for me.
Avoiding MSM, tv etc is essential to staying calm.

At least 3 sessions a day of 5 to 10-minutes of presence with your breath. Just "tune in" and notice your breathing.
Works a charm every single time.

Give it to God. The fear, the anger, the sadness, the confusion... just hand it over to God.
Focus on you. Make your bed, exercise, eat healthy, help your fam, help your community. And what you have no control over, put in God's hands.
Exercise. Lift weights. Convert the anger into constructive energy.
I wrote this on a card and read it when I start to stress-
"...for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength." - Nehemiah 8:10 KJV

Welcome to the Great Awakening. You've hit phase 3....put on the full armor of God and you'll be just fine.
In addition to all the great advice, just remember: you have survived 100% of the worst days in your life already. You got this!
I have found I can't be angry when I serve others that generally cannot help themselves & pray for the ones I am serving while I am doing it.
If you need a place to find service opportunities, try www.justserve.org
Some of them are done from home.
