I genuinely cannot relate to people who dont like water. Its not meant to taste "good" its meant to sustain your body. You dont drink water because you want to taste something good you drink it so you dont fucking die. I have a friend who only drinks water like 4 times a year. They live off sweet tea and soda. Try a R/O water system. I have an express water system. Set up was not too much of a pain and I was not as expensive as I thought it would be. The filters are not too expensive. When it gets hot and dry my well gets higher than I would like in nitrates. It works on getting the levels down. You will have to give up half of your under sink cabinet to fit it. It comes with a few gallon reservoir .
The water out of the faucet is fine if you live out in the country and have your own well. And even if there is city water, you can still have a well put down out back for the purpose of "watering your garden." If the area has "rules," then just put one down by yourself on the sly.
