Well, while the 'Queen' is supporting efforts in the South China Sea, she is also giving up her legacy. Saw a ref today about Australia and NZ no longer falling under the Commonwealth and to be managed by US and one other country. Could be comms on that.

Yep. That's why any decodes that use the post's timestamp are bullcrap. For every US timezone you'd get a different Q drop. Assuming the person doing the decoding is even in the US, that is - the OP could be in any country in the world since the whole world can see and read said twitter post, and anyone can try decoding it.
If people are really that eager for comms, they should look for hidden meanings/decodes elsewhere, not a post's timestamp, is all I'm saying. There's breadcrumbs, and then there's breadcrumbs.
