Well patriots wish us luck. Our county school board announced at 3 today on the day before school starts that our children had to be masked to attend and no online option. We're now gathering information to confront the school board. You should have seen the facebook post lol parents are pissed. Prayers would be much appreciated. Never done anything like this before but honestly.... fuck these people. God bless, patriots.

You're ready, Pede. Go get 'em. We've got your back.
WWG1WGA!
If you need help with talking points we can help you. Go get 'em!
Because the board has nothing to lose. If enough people do not comply.
They can't do anything about it.
That's the key brother, you said it. If the all stick together, there is no way the SB can win the battle.
And remember, if it comes to it, homeschool is spelled f-r-e-e-d-o-m.
Home school is best choice even before all of this fraud.
Agreed but I'm going easy on people because so many really feel like it's just not possible for them. Personally, I think mass homeschooling can save the future of this country.
Took my daughter out the second I saw the majority of staff & teachers wearing BLM shirts. Not to mention the "Are you learning in a safe environment? Tell us your feelings" mentality.
There is no hope for public school.
Yes. Form homeschooling groups, and share your resources. Some of you can teach, I am sure of it. Furthermore, Papastergiou (2009) compared learning in children using traditional classroom methods to their learning using a computer gaming technique alone. To little surprise, the gaming application was the more effective approach. In other words, start them learning through video games. Really. Coming from a home-schooler.
They cannot learn the classics and Bible with a video game.
but they can learn to read, which is the first step.
can't argue with that!
You'd be suprised what actually exists out there. My daughter did actually start her bible study digitally with a very well made, well rounded app.
Shit is by design, make it to where BOTH parents have to work so the children are with the parents as less as possible.
Yep, nail on head. The less time with their parents the more time being raised by the state and influenced by their peers. This is why homeschooling should be mainstream to preserve and protect society from the shit we now see happening. The american people should have never let it get this far, but 3 generations of slow indoctrination through government controlled academia did this to us. They turned the kids against their parents, and turned the rest of us against each other.
It's not going to happen. If we're waiting on mass home school to save the country, stick a fork in us.
70%+ are in public schools. That's where the fight has to be.
Imagine if everyone pulled their kids out of public school all at once.
I can imagine a lot of things that aren't based in reality. I can imagine winning the Powerball tonight, and that's like 1000x more likely than what you're talking about.
As soon as parents feel their children aren't safe, they will pull them. And right now people on all sides of the political aisle are feeling a whole lot of fear for different reasons. And believe me, there is a purge happening right now. I am witnessing it. My local org is overrun with people who have made the last minute decision to homeschool. It's pretty amazing actually.
I got my ticket, and if I win I wanna start an old-fashioned group of schools.
I’ll teach … guaranteed will win best teacher of the month, 13 times out if the year.
It's true that it is not likely to happen all at once. For those who continue with the public schools they must not comply with this garbage. It is also true that if we want our country to be not only saved but preserved for future generations we simply must rearrange our priorities and reassert our responsibility to govern ourselves, to educate ourselves and to educate our children.
Ronpaulcurriculum.com has a great program for kids with no common core that can be pretty much self directed for students at the 4th grade level and above. Education below 4th grade requires a lot of adult involvement, no real way around it, but it is a worthwhile investment to make.
Your Powerball odds are solid !
Because of COVID lockdowns, etc. home schooling jumped from around 3% to 11% nationally with black families leading the way at 14%. We have a chance to reach a tipping point here.
Big homeschool groups are great, I’m sure, but a lot of parents rely on before and after school care as well and I don’t see homeschooling groups being able to provide that just yet. We should never have allowed these communists to take over our school system that all of us pay taxes for anyway so I say we fight and take it back, IMHO.
Public school systems are communism. It’s not a take over as much as an acceptance that public systems are communism. Sooner or later, they take your freedom. They conditioned you like they are conditioning your kids.
I didn’t go to public school, I was homeschooled until high school and then I went to a private Christian school. My only point was that it’s easy for people that have family help and resources to say “just homeschool your kids”but that’s not an option for some parents. However, I agree with you that public school systems obviously have been infiltrated by communism but at the end of the day our tax dollars are paying for that and it’s ridiculous to just say “oh, well. Just accept that they’re communist and do something else”. No, that’s the right’s problem, we just lie down and take it when we should be fighting for vouchers for school choice, even if we don’t actually have kids in school. Everyone pays for it and who wants to pay for a system that will ensure the next generation grows up hating their country and making life miserable for all of us.
Public schools are a form of communism. The fight must be to close them. The government has zero rights to your children.
For those that can't stay home to homeschool their children, consider starting a homeschool co-op with a few like-minded families. A lot of good teachers are quitting public schools because of all the wokeness and CRT crap. They may be available to teach your co-op. Even if you can't find a teacher, parents can rotate teaching the group of children so that they can still hold down a job.
With so many at home options now available, seriously. Kick these commies to the curb.
As a retired educator there was a time would I would have scoffed at this remark. Not any more, fren. You got that right!
I just retired from teaching as well. I'm on board for homeschooling my granddaughter AND her friends.
Perhaps one tack you could take is to point out the OSHA guidelines for employees and what OSHA has to say about masks, (how they are considered personal protection equipment and regulated - to the extent they need to be prescribed by doctors. Also, consider that OSHA insists employers are responsible for any ill effects to the employee. Children are at the very least, as valuable as employees, aren't they?
From another thread: https://greatawakening.win/p/12jd4me5ho/under-federal-law-it-is-unlawful/
A poster named Tewdryg pointed this out:
Tewdryg 2 points 5 hours ago +2 / -0 The science for respirators doesn't change. Read OSHA's long standing regulations below:
OSHA defines the term “respirator” as Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and regarding the face mask guidelines, it most often refers to the N95 face mask. OSHA has issued COVID-19 guidelines that pertain to these respirators.
OSHA does not consider cloth face coverings (whether homemade or commercially produced) to be Personal Protection equipment (PPE). This does not exempt businesses from liability to injury as a result of this policy. Cloth face coverings don’t protect employees from airborne infectious agents because of their loose fit and lack of seal or adequate filtration. https://www.osha.gov/SLTC/covid-19/covid-19-faq.html
Furthermore, OSHA references that the CDC reported that more research is needed on the scope of their protection and filtration levels. https://ohsonline.com/articles/2020/11/19/osha-updates-faq-to-include-comment-on-cloth-face-masks.aspx
The OSHA “General Rule” states employers must create a workplace from perceived risks that are causing or are probably going to make demise, or genuine physical damage his representatives.
This provision thereto specifies that every business should follow word related well-being and well-being measures proclaimed under OSHA.

“Human beings must breathe oxygen . . . to survive, and begin to suffer adverse health effects when the oxygen level of their breathing air drops below [19.5 percent oxygen]. Below 19.5 percent oxygen . . . , air is considered oxygen-deficient. At concentrations of 16 to 19.5 percent, workers engaged in any form of exertion can rapidly become symptomatic as their tissues fail to obtain the oxygen necessary to function properly (Rom, W., Environmental and Occupational Medicine, 2nd ed.; Little, Brown; Boston, 1992). Increased breathing rates, accelerated heartbeat, and impaired thinking or coordination occur more quickly in an oxygen-deficient environment. Even a momentary loss of coordination may be devastating to a worker if it occurs while the worker is performing a potentially dangerous activity, such as climbing a ladder. Concentrations of 12 to 16 percent oxygen cause tachypnea (increased breathing rates), tachycardia (accelerated heartbeat), and impaired attention, thinking, and coordination (e.g., Ex. 25-4), even in people who are resting.
At oxygen levels of 10 to 14 percent, faulty judgment, intermittent respiration, and exhaustion can be expected even with minimal exertion (Exs. 25-4 and 150). Breathing air containing 6 to 10 percent oxygen results in nausea, vomiting, lethargic movements, and perhaps unconsciousness. Breathing air containing less than 6 percent oxygen produces convulsions, then apnea (cessation of breathing), followed by cardiac standstill. These symptoms occur immediately. Even if a worker survives the hypoxic insult, organs may show evidence of hypoxic damage, which may be irreversible (Exs. 25-4 and 150; also reported in Rom, W. [see reference in previous paragraph]).
OSHA further states the following:
“In some cases, respirator use itself can cause illness and injury to employees. There are a number of physiological burdens that are associated with the use of certain types of respirators. The weight of the respirator, breathing resistances during both normal operation and if the air-purifying element is overloaded, and rebreathing exhaled air from respirator "dead space" can all increase the physiologic burden of respirator use (Exs. 113, 22-1, 64-427). Job and workplace conditions, such as the length of time a respirator must be worn, the level of physical exertion required of a respirator user, and environmental conditions, can also affect the physiological burden (Exs. 113, 64-363). In addition, workers who wear glasses or hearing aids may have problems achieving appropriate fit with some respirator face pieces.” https://www.osha.gov/laws-regs/federalregister/1998-01-08
OSHA standards for respirators have not gone away. They were in my view concealed from the public for this Plandemic to take hold.
In fact, surgical masks are regulated under 21 CFR 878.4040. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is revoking the Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) for non-NIOSH-approved disposable respirators (revocation effective July 6, 2021) and the EUAs for decontamination and bioburden reduction systems (revocation effective June 30, 2021). As of the effective date of the revocations, these devices will no longer be authorized for use by health care personnel in health care settings. These actions are in follow-up to the May 27, 2021, letter in which the FDA recommended a transition away from non-NIOSH-approved disposable respirators as well as from reusing decontaminated or bioburden-reduced disposable respirators.
This means face cloths and bandannas are not regulated and NOT approved. This means there is liability for any employer allowing these not approved masks.
NO MASKS, PERIOD. EVER AGAIN.
What a lot of people don’t get about organizations like OSHA, is sooner or later they turn on you. They are and will continue to change the rules as it suits the communists at this point.
Go get 'em! Best of luck to all and keep us updated.
Be Brave ! Sign up to speak, I did it some years ago and I was terrified. But I got a huge ovation at the end and my kids were proud that I stood up and fought for them.
Do not comply. Do not back down. United we are strong, divided we fall. Remmeber that the schools only get paid when the butts are in the seat. Tell them your kid will not attend a single day of school until the children are free to breathe.
THEY WORK FOR YOU. Remember that.
I wish you luck! My wife received a October vaccine mandate email. I pray this ends soon.
Saw a short video on the Stew Peters show with a female attorney saying it's unlawful. Look it up, it might help you.
God bless - good luck fighting these tyrants. Band together like the thickest band of thieves there is.
It is THE WAY.
Damn straight.
Understand this—they will divide and conquer. Don’t let them.
1). Get everyone together ahead of time and talk about your goals, what your talking points are going to be, and find their weak points: (it’s always money). And then go after them—you will fight them on future funding, you will run against the board. The board is supposed to represent the COMMUNITY AND THE CHILDREN, not the teachers (so call them out on that and tell them that you will run against them and use this issue if they continue to go against our kids.).
Be SUPER RESPECTFUL or they will feel justified in siding with the admin.
Appeal to them in an emotional level—don’t be all angry (even if you are), but appeal to their “caring” side. Have a couple of moms cry and tell a sad story about how their kids got skin lesions, or fainted, etc,
Then have a father talk about kids who need to be in school and living a normal life, without fear, coercion, intimidation, etc. Remind them of their mission—Education, not Dystopia like some teen novel.
Have another person who discusses legal issues and hands out the studies on face masks on kids ( make sure each board member and administrator has a copy and then have the person talk about it). Remind them that they are to make “Data driven decisions”.
Have another person discuss this issue from a civil rights perspective. How it discriminates, etc.
7). Write letters to the local paper about what you are doing. Then if your town has a FB page, be sure to keep them all informed about it. Have a downtown demonstration with posters to bring it to the attention of the community. Make it a civil rights issue. Make a big stink. Run a few new people on the school board and make this the driving issue. “Let our kids breathe” is a possible logo.

Excellent points here, a must read for OP and others alike.
Here is info we are using in our battle against mask mandates in school.
Setting a mandate for any individual to wear a mask against COVID-19 for employment or attendance at a university or other institution violates federal law.
Complete Info including Template Letters for Employers and Universities/Schools here: https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/legal/masks-the-law/
Legal Notice for Employers, Universities and other Institutions mandating Masks: https://childrenshealthdefense.org/wp-content/uploads/chd-notice-for-eua-masks.pdf
Good luck to you.
We need to send the national guard to protect our unafraid children! Never forget 1957!
Same in my county, we have built a grass roots movement to fight for our kids. Parents are PISSED! We are meeting ASAP to form a homeschool pod group. Get enough pissed off parents together and you can move Mountains. Form a movement to un-enroll, they lose $$ for every student that is unenrolled
Torches and Pitchforks
People like you are going to save our country. Thank you so much, Patriot.
Don't know if this will help, but here you go... EDIT: Forgot this part. The Covid-19 injection is classified as 'experimental'. Under Federal law:
21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3(e)(1) - Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies, there is a clear provision for the option to accept or refuse administration of the experimental product.
This means no business, including airlines can mandate vaccination for employees (new or otherwise) or require Vaccine Passports.
This means college/university/CUNY and SUNI requirements for Covid vaccination is unlawful. 16 Am Jur 2d., Sec. 97: “Then a constitution should receive a literal interpretation in favor of the Citizen, is especially true, with respect to those provisions which were designed to safeguard the liberty and security of the Citizen in regard to person and property.” Bary v. United States - 273 US 128 “Any constitutional provision intended to confer a benefit should be liberally construed in favor in the clearly intended and expressly designated beneficiary.”
Federal law prohibits the ”denial of participation” from this business establishment as found under 28 CFR §36.202. Colleges and universities are businesses.
Under 28 CFR §36.202(c) further states that unless I have been individually assessed as a “direct threat” you may not exclude me from the same and equal services as others.
Denying service is a violation of Title II, III, and VII of the U.S. Civil Right Act of 1964.
Title III Sections 28 CFR §36.202(a)(b)(c) and 28 CFR §36.203(a)(b)(c) state that I shall not be denied the same participation and equal access as everyone else
This is why they are fast tracking the fda approvals. I think they know they run afoul of the law as long as the jabs are experiments.
Agreed, just trying to help... Cheers..
Fight it ASAP and Fight it HARD. Get every single angry soul you can find and go to that schoolboard and give em hell. I wouldn't even stop at just getting them to reverse their decision. Fuck that, the fact they even caved to this BS to begin with is the end of the line, throw them the fuck out and replace them immediately. Scorched earth on this evil.
God bless, you have mine.
Give em hell.

Does anyone have any theories on why, even at the local schoolboard level, so many leftists seem to get elected, even in "red" areas?
Because people like that are attracted to commie bullshit like school boards.
You are standing up for your children and for all of us, all the blessings to you, fren. Try appealing to the people behind "the schoolboard", because in their core, while mislead, they believe they are helping people.
They sneak it in at the eleventh hour. That means they know they’re wrong. STAND UP TO THEM FOR YOUR KIDS. THE SCHOOL BOARD WORKS FOR YOU!
Do it, fren! Give em hell. Start a FB group for parents, start group chat threads and email lists. Organize a gathering to voice concerns, record them and share on local social media groups. Flood all school lines with calls and emails.
Organize noncompliance, homeschooling, and if necessary in person protests!
Fortunately my county's school board is small, rural, and in agreement with parents that masks are stupid. If not, we were prepared to go to war and/or pull the kids and homeschool.
The parents who did speak at the board meeting kept it focused on how the kids are suffering, hating school, anxiety, etc
Yup happened to our County also last week, a week before school starts, and the week or two before this announement the superintendent said they didn't have to wear masks, then changes his mind last week. Parents are fired up! While others are praising him (eye roll). Just coinsidently happened after Memaw Ivey said us unvaxxed are not "regualr folks". She also said she wouldn't make another mask mandate but we shall see.
The parents showed up at a board meeting where they said they wouldn't hear from parents. But parents showed up protesting, so they called the police to escort the parents out of the building, so they protesting outside. One mom said all her kids now have breathing issues because of wearing masks all last school year. She said she will pull her kids out of school, she refuses to put masks on her kids again.
The superintendent said he's mandating masks until Sept. 10, then he will decide whether to continue it or not.
Good luck to all you parents that are in this fight for your kids. I'll keep you in prayers. I'm fortunate that my young granddaughters started school last week and no mask required!
Give them NO quarter. They are entirely in the wrong and have done egregious things. And you don't have to be nice to them....New York Times-v-Sullivan https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/new_york_times_v_sullivan_%281964%29
The Supreme Court, in an opinion written by Justice William Brennan, reviewed the matter “against the background of a profound national commitment to the principle that debate on public issues should be uninhibited, robust, and wide-open, and that it may well include vehement, caustic, and sometimes unpleasantly sharp attacks on government and public officials.” Noting that the advertisement at hand would qualify for constitutional protection, the Court considered whether its inaccuracies had forfeited that constitutional protection. The Court, in a unanimous 9-0 decision, established that statements under such circumstances involving a public-figure plaintiff must be false and made with “actual malice,” that is, “with reckless disregard of whether it was false or not.” Upending the common law tort rule, the Court placed the burden of proof on the public-figure plaintiff, stating that the plaintiff must demonstrate actual malice with “convincing clarity which the constitutional standard demands.”
HOMESCHOOL!!! It's BETTER! Your children will learn more and how to research... and maintain their critical thinking.
Fight for your children.
This is where the battle is. Hang in there, Patriots.
I do think you should fight the school board but in the meantime home school (since some kids can be cruel). I heard some churches allow their halls opened to groups of home schooling kids.
Go after these sick bastards hard!! WWG1WGA!
