Just got the email requiring I provide vaccination status - help!

I know this has been asked before, but what are my options? If I do not put anything down I will be outed. So far they are only asking for dates, not batch numbers. So do I lie, or do I leave blank and wait for someone to contact me and go from there?

My company has been asking for vaccination status for six weeks and I haven't provided it. The president asked me today and I responded that it was no one's business but me and my doctor's and I didn't see any emails asking for hepatitis and aids status. Both of which are much more dangerous than COVID. BTW my company is the largest of it's kind in the US.

Out of 4 choices (1-2 shot fully vaccinated, 2-1 shot awaiting 2nd, 3-1 appointment for 1st, 4- not vaccinated applying for religious or medical waiver) I chose 4. Boss sent me how to apply. I’m gonna delay and work that angle cause I’m thinking something’s gonna change here shortly.

This is what I wrote for the religious exemption:

In my recent pre-employment interviews with your company, I asked if there were vaccine or testing requirements, because if there were, I would not work for your company. I was told there would not be a requirement by the your company representatives involved in that process, and that you respect my right to choose. For some reason, this exemption wasn't documented and I am now forced again to state my stance unwillingly, even though I never go into the office and actually work from home out of the state of New Mexico.

I don’t agree with giving your company any personal contact information on top of my Emergency Contact information, let alone personal contact information concerning my religion. This request for information in general is an invasion of my privacy and is, in fact, discriminatory. Your introduction in the email communicating this document specifically says “This commitment includes embracing religious diversity and cultivating a community of inclusion and respect. your company prohibits discrimination against employees and applicants for employment based on religious beliefs, practices, and affiliation.” This statement goes against your requirement for personal contact information of someone that can validate my position, and even you asking for an explanation of my beliefs is a direct contradiction to the statements your company has made up until this point, and as time goes by we will learn that this vaccine requirement is medical malpractice that you and all other companies/politicians in coordination with this will be held accountable for.

Your company should be ashamed of themselves for the undue stress and heartache they are causing their employees from this mandate, and the damage it will cause in their personal lives by either submitting to this deadly vaccine or standing up for themselves. With the shortage in skilled healthcare workers that was spoken about in the same sentence as mandating the vaccine with the threat of loss of employment in the last townhall, this will surely cause a loss in employees and a decrease in income for the company. The quality of work will drop drastically, customer satisfaction will decrease, and honestly, it is a patient safety issue that is being ignored.

The death rate is low, there are alternative medicines that treat it, and I prefer to live a healthy life focusing on my own natural immunity instead of taking never ending unapproved and untested vaccines. Healthy living is what I have done my whole life and I never get sick, my family as well. We exercise, eat heathy homecooked meals and take natural vitamins, we get a lot of sun and have a lot of fun. This is the true pathway to a healthy lifestyle but I haven't seen one thing about anything like this coming from your company or any other hospital or public health institution at all, almost like you want the people to get and to stay sick (especially when you think about the mask mandates for the last year and a half and the obvious unwillingness of these groups to speak about the dangers of wearing masks for long periods of time including bacterial pneumonia and psychological issues). If you were truly trying to save lives you would mandate proper diets and exercise instead of masks and vaccines.

In addition, "variants" are showing up and massive boosts in the number "cases" coincidently happening directly after the vaccine rollout, and the refusal of hospitals and labs to speak out about the possibility that the vaccine is the cause, is unacceptable. The unending insanity of how the medical world, the media and the government has handled this virus from the beginning with perfect coordination on masks, lockdowns, and forced vaccinations without any corresponding healthy living advice… the blocking of any dissenting opinions in the news, social media, politics and in your own medical circles… I have lost all faith in the healthcare system, and there is no chance you will ever force me to be injected with another thing. Healthcare institutions and labs across the country should be fighting to gain back the trust of the people and prove that they are capable of handling real crisis and actually follow their own scientific research to make decisions and statements instead of following politics and popular opinion and manipulating data to get there.

A very simple game of logic will help you understand why this vaccine push is not logical and is only being pushed as a way to control people. If the masks worked, why did we have to separate 6 feet from each other in the beginning and still to this day? If the 6 feet rule that hasn't changed since day one worked why wear a mask? If they both work why was everyone locked down for so long for no reason? If all of those worked, why did we have rushed experimental vaccines with faulty trials? If the vaccine works and is safe, why is there a no liability clause for the creators and the mandators of the vaccine? If more people die from the vaccine than the virus, why use the vaccine? Why do the vaccinated have to wear masks? If fully vaccinated people can get and transmit the virus and the numbers increased post vaccine how is it that the non-vaccinated are the super spreaders? Basic logical questions will pull you out of your group think and get you thinking like a regular person again and hopefully you will see why so many people have issues with the whole charade.

As far as the religious exemption, of course, I have a deeply held religious belief against injecting myself or my family with any man made "vaccine", especially ones that use fetal cell tissue. I am permitted this exemption under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.

Is there an option for you to indicate "Prefer Not to Say?"

Lawyers are advising the larger companies to take a canvas of employees before the "guidance" from OSHA comes out. (If and when it comes out and isn't stopped in the Courts.) That's about the only step they can take to have some idea of what impact a vaxx mandate might have on their labor force.

The only thing to fear is fear itself.

Just don't reply. Buy yourself some time. You're going to get fired eventually, I'm sorry to say, unless you can swing a religious exemption excuse.

But who cares? Obviously none of us know your situation and odds are you -need- this job to provide for yourself or your family, but I'm a firm believer that our thoughts create our reality and that if you seek God's wisdom, He will help guide you.

So, pray and plant your feet firm in the ground. Make them come to your office or desk and ask you in person. Then tell them you'd prefer not to share that information, because it is private medical information that should only be known by you and your doctor.

Hang in there, keep your phone ready to record for when you get called into the boss' office, and accept whatever may comes.

Remember that you don't even want to work there in the first place. Who wants to work somewhere where they're surrounded by tyranny and communist monsters?

You'll find a new job, especially when patriots dominate the field again.

what exactly does it ask? could you state that you got the "immunization on (pick a date)" and be honest ish by claiming you had the wu flu and recovered?

I am all for honesty but if you can be honest and dupe them given what they are up to I support it.

yeh, out the date you were sick under the 1st clot shot line and see if they even follow up. if they do just be honest and make them fire your ass if they want to risk lawsuit you'll promise to bring against them for wrongful termination and coercion against Nuremberg Code

another idea...just listening to the Health Ranger (Mike Adams) and he reminded me that the CDC and other 3 letter agencies have conveniently redefined "vaccine" and by this new definition it's anything that causes an immune response. well, taking vitamin C for example is a vaccine by this definition so you could argue any vitamin or really any number of things qualify as a vaccine. feces could be considered a vaccine by their new ridiculous definition because your body will have an immune response to fight off the bacteria, etc

do your homework for this new definition and use it against them

Did they ask specifically for covid vaccine or just vaccine? Do they want to see your proof? Some companies are just asking so they look like they are complying with joe retard. If it was me, I would say yes and be looking to move to a state or company that doesn’t require it. I don’t know why so many people are afraid to move or go somewhere else, I quest we get comfortable where we are, but change is good sometimes. Let them fire you and move on, sell your home and find another home. There is a great big world out there and things to see. Moving is a good thing! Best of luck to you.

That’s unfortunate, but I would be looking for something else. I know that is a scary thought, but truly it’s not that hard. I just sold my house and moved, right before covid. I believe they have to give people a few months or more to get faxed. Maybe say you plan on doing so but waiting for dr appointment to discuss if it is a good idea for you. Do you attend church, do you have any medical issue? Find an outlet but some companies don’t care. Look for other states to live, it’s really fun to look in other areas to live, that’s what I did. Now I’m by the beach, ride my beach cruiser everywhere. I was outside of dc with tone of traffic, a hectic life! You can do this…..don’t comply.

What if that email got diverted to your junkmail, as sometimes inexplicably happens, and you didn't find it?

How long could you not respond before something happens?

In the end you may have to be open about your status, but why not see how far down the road you can kick this before you are forced to do something?

Given increasing client demands and changing government mandates, we now are requiring employees to submit their vaccination status by Monday, September 20. This requirement applies to all U.S. employees, whether they work at a client site, (redacted) office or in a remote environment.

Please cascade the above information to your teams immediately. Managers will be notified of employees who have not provided a response to the verification form by the deadline.

Until an employee confirms they’re fully vaccinated in (redacted), they’re required to wear a face covering while in our U.S. corporate offices unless seated at their desk. Employees assigned to client sites must also comply with client requirements. Please note all employees still need to comply with any state/local mandates.

What email? Are you sure you got it? Seriously, all these vaccines and the PCR test are still under EUA, no matter what Pfizer says, and that is one ground for argument. You could have religious grounds. You could say your immune system can't take it.

Also ask them why they want to know. This post goes to a great article, demonstrating that aside from Biden appearing once on TV, the government has taken no action. No OSHA memos, no CDC orders, zero actions taken to enforce what Biden said. As of today, there is literally nothing written by the federal government to back this up.
