Doctors have been recommending aspirin for exactly that for decades. I know this for a fact as I spent 18 years transcribing medical records.

They lie more than the LYE in homemade soap. Do they ever LIE. They want us dead. Aspirin is a blood thinner. Cayenne is even better than any allopathic drug. The one two punch is cayenne with ginger. I take it at supper time. Even in the dead of winter I'm kicking the covers off at night. Both of those spices are the best thing for the heart and circulatyion. Tumeric is great, but for other purposes.

How was the characteristics of the soap? We make a pure vegetable/fruit seed oil blend and a tallow heavy mix that have similar properties.

We also use lye to make whats called lutefisk here in Norway, its dried cod thats been soaking lye for a certain amount of time to soften it again, then soaked in water to remove the lye. Good with bacon and potatoes, supposedly, but I never developed a taste for it, regardless me being norwegian.

Norway! It's awesome to see all the countries represented on this site! There should be a post requesting anyone from a country outside the U.S. to post what country they are in. So far, in addition to Norway, I know of South Africa, Australia, and Great Britain. I would love to see the complete list. I'll go ahead and post the request.

This company is a very reputable company. I don’t order because I’m not paying outrageous shipping prices. If you are close enough shopping local would be ideal. They have an excellent reputation in the herbal community.

You can grow your own. Peppers are the easiest thing to grow in a garden. Just remember that if you want them hotter, water them less.

Grow the peppers in a garden or in containers. Pick the ripe peppers and string them up to dry. Then you can grind them up or use them whole. My parents grew peppers to put in vinegar, which they used on collards.

I get it online. Frontier bulk cayenne. I use to put in capsule form. Now I just buy the cayenne capsules. I put cayenne on eggs and baked chicken and when ever it is befitting. Try to meter the rating and what is right for you. It is rated typically anywhere from 30,000 to 190,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU) on the Scoville Rating Scale.

I take 100,000 somewhat comfortably. Make sure you have food in your stomach otherwise you'll find out the reason why. I've been tempted to go 150,000 and maybe the next time I stock up I'll try a higher SHU.

Cayenne is good for outbound vascular health. Ginger is good for the return side.

Aspirin doesn't last forever. It decomposes into acetic acid. You can tell when aspirin is starting to go bad because it smells like vinegar.

The name "Aspirin" is derived from the spirea bush. Indians used the leaves of spirea as a painkiller. I have a number of bushes and thus a lifetime supply. There are a number of plants in that grouping, such as bridal wreath and baby's breath.

That’s interesting that Russia is helping their citizens. I posted in this thread Amazon stopped selling NAC after US gov attempted to ban it. I don’t remember the whole story. By the time I was interested in taking NAC it was hard to find. Fast forward, I’m trying to find the link to the brand of NAC I’m taking & I find a link for Amazon Australia & Amazon Indiana. I accidentally clicked on the Australia link before I knew what I had done and I’m on the USA link with an error. So, USA bans Amazon from selling it but they sell it in other countries. There’s more cat and mouse games going on with these countries & corporations while they back stab the citizens!

Yeah, one thing about Russia Russia Russia (a/k/a "Russia" for short) is their government:

(a) has a strong leader;

(b) is on the side of their country;

(c) kicked out the central bankers;

(d) isn't playing the "You gotta take these millions of angry islamic supremacists into your country" game; and

(e) doesn't buy into the Pseudomedical Totalitarian Socialist Dictatorship (PTSD) model.

sigh

Wish we could be more like Russia.

I haven’t used Aspirin since the late 80s or possibly the late 70s. Once Tylenol came out aspirin wasn’t popular. I think the last I heard anyone recommend it was when I started working at a large name brand food manufacturer. The lady said for the first thirty days you will be soar and take aspirin to help. If a job told you that today they would be sued for giving medical advice by non medical professionals.

The light bulb just flashed in my head! Modern medicine origins comes from plants. Our ancestors lived on plant medicine for centuries! If you are thinking about using plant medicine double check the information you are reading and get the products from reliable sources. There’s a lot of scammers in this industry!

Aspirin is from Willow Bark!

https://www.botanical-online.com/en/medicinal-plants/willow-salix-properties

INTERNAL USE REMEDIES WITH WILLOW

Pain: The Greek physician Hypocrates prescribed remedies with willow leaves to alleviate problems related with pain. Many old cultures have used the leaves of plants that contain salicin for this purpose. Willows have been used and are being used like an alternative to the aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) in fact the aspirin was extracted initially from this plant, besides the meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria), the gaultheria (Gaultheria sp.), poplars (Populus sp.) and some species of birches (Betula sp.) before it could be synthesized chemically in the year 1890.

Its content in salicin becomes salicylic acid in the organism inhibiting the prostaglandins and reducing the pain sensation, specially if we consider that, besides being analgesic it also presents anti inflammatory properties.

Therefore, it can be used to palliate the pain in all type of manifestations: headache, neck pain, muscular distensions and pains, muscular atrophy, fibromyalgia, sciatica, earaches, rheumatic pains, pains in the menstruation, etc.

Fever: Besides the analgesic properties, salicin also presents antipyretic properties that is to say it helps to diminish fever, in such a way that, until the appearance of the aspirin, it was habitually used and it is still being used in some places as substitute of the chinchona (Cinchona pubescens) whose alkaloid quinine has been a resource to combat malaria and other fevers.

Respiratory system: Equally we can use its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties to treat the infections of the throat, in illnesses so well-known as sore throat or pharyngitis (Decoction of 50 gr. of dry bark for a liter of water during 15 minutes. Carry out gargles with the resulting liquid)

Circulatory system diseases: Willow presents anticoagulant properties so that it impedes the thrombus formation or blood clots inside the arteries or the veins because of the accumulation of blood platelets. The use of this it plants makes blood more fluid and helps our body to avoid the appearance of certain cardiovascular illnesses, such as brain haemorrhages, arteriosclerosis, angina pectoris, heart attacks or bad circulation in general (Infusion of a small spoonful of bark for a glass of water. Drink a glass every two days)
