My child is supposed to wear a mask or sign a form to opt out with the understanding that should someone get covid and you were in contact with them, you have to quarantine if you didn't have a mask. I signed no form, my child does not wear a mask, many kids have tested positive but since My child is not on record as having opted out, the school hasn't forced quarantine. 3.) Can corporate explain why I can’t use drugs prophylactically that are already approved and have been in use for several decades in place of mRNA? Approved drugs like:
a. Ivermecten – Merck has provided 250 million doses in pill form annually to combat viral illnesses worldwide.

ii. Been prescribed to humans for 20+ years.

a. Early treatment protocols (Vitamin C, Tamiflu, Zithromax, etc) for past flu outbreaks have suddenly and suspiciously been abandoned in favor of experimental mRNA treatment.
b. Why did all the animals subjected to mRNA testing die and how may this be related to any detrimental effects from mRNA therapy?

The Biden/OSHA mandate was stopped by court order. Federal employees and contractors fall under Executive Orders 14042 or 14043. If it’s not a fed job then how in hell can an employer force a medical procedure upon employees? And a non-FDA approved procedure, at that! What is the legal standing for this? How is medical discrimination all of sudden allowed?

You can word them how you like, but first they need to answer these and go from there. If on the off chance they actually agree to these demands, claim religious exemption. Do not ASK, claim it as it is your right under the Constitution and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

If it's a private company and they don't offer you religious or medical exemption options (I hate even saying that, it's a right, not an 'option'), then there's a civil case I believe that can be played out. I'm in the middle of a religious exemption myself. It's been like a week since I submitted it so I'm kind of just anxiously sitting here waiting to see if I'm doing all this work for nothing or if I can keep my job. You should not have submitted a request. The company has ZERO right to decide what your religious practices are and are not. They WILL grant your exemption or face the consequences.

I may be mistaken, but it’s quite illegal to fire anyone for vaccination status reasons while the 5th Circuit Appeals Court stay is in effect. AFAIK, that is in place until January 4th due to them needing to consolidate all of the different suits into one “matter before the court.”

I have ignored their requests for VAXX status but yesterday my boss emailed i have to log in to our all encompassing HR system and either enter my VAXX card or apply for exemption, and this has to be done by friday. Not sure what I should do. I can't find a lawyer and only have 3 days at this point (I've contacted AFD, Renz, etc and for some reason no one replies). So it's either:

Sounds like your company is a federal contractor. In that case, the OSHA "mandate" probably does not apply.
