Nice enough if you live where you can get enough. But those of us who live where we need to cover up not to freeze half the year, and don't even see much of that thing because it hides near the horizon those hours it's even over it do need to use something else.
Generally the people that live where they can get enough sun, do not get enough D from the sun by a fairly good margin(basically you have to be in sure-thing skin-cancer territory to guarantee enough D from the sun)
Meat and supplements are the best sources and getting enough from only eating meat is still not 100% guaranteed, I only eat meat but I still supplement.
There are some other benefits to high enough Vit-D levels such as more energy and alertness....
Meat has things you can't get in a plant based diet. They push veganism with climate change virtue signaling to make us more susceptible to disease by being vitamin deficient. Pandemic causes meat shortages then they replaced it with plant alternatives. It's all inter connected.
I went nearly pure carnivore about half a year ago, having been low carb for well over a decade before that, and at least my very well in control during the previous decade type 2 diabetes seems to have pretty much disappeared, at least when you are talking about blood sugar readings. And high blood pressure is nearly gone too. And my excess weight seems to be disappearing nicely with no extra effort from me, I haven't even exercised all that much during the last year (although my job requires being mostly on your feet so I do get some).
And just from that low carb - all the doctors I have seen always think that I'm a heart attack waiting to happen, due to family history and excess weight and age and high cholesterol, but two years ago I was checked very thoroughly. No hint of plaques or stenosis in my arteries and heart works quite well. So yeah... they still constantly try to push that more "healthy" diet with lots of veggies and vegetable oils and avoidance of meat and animal fats on me every damn time I see a doctor.
We can get just about everything from animals and we only need a little bit of certain plant based things for the vitamins and flavoring the meats better. Like usual it the left being the opposite morality again. Since meat is more healthy than veggies and the sugar lobbying slandering the fats and oils for marketing like salt does with msg and so on.
The cure to covid is touch grass. Looks like raid shadow legends players are stuck with it.
It's not that simple.

Btw. I discovered lately that Dr Berg is a scientologist and I'm really puzzled
I worked for a vitamin manufacturer for 8 years. Last time I had the flu was over 10 years ago, about 2 months after I started. After that I started on a daily regimen and haven't been sick since. When I had coof last year, the only symptom I had was loss of taste and smell. I even went to work and passed their BS temp check at the door (not realizing I was "sick" when I went to work). Vitamin D3 is one of the cheapest and most beneficial vitamins you can take. Even with ~2+ hours of sun per day, I still take about 5000 IU/day.
I go on a two hour bike ride almost daily, so I get a lot of sun, but I decided recently to start taking D3 after reading so much about it. I started talking 2,000 IU/day (for almost three weeks) and got massive constipation to the point that I could only go once a week, and had painful stomach cramps. I quit talking the D3 and quickly returned to normal within a couple days, and haven’t taken it since.
I did some research and read that it’s a common side effect. One article said that suffering constipation from Vit D is a sign that you’re low on magnesium… So now I’m thoroughly confused.
Exactly what I take
And I went on vacation when I got the "virus" . Didn't miss a beat
Weird i just took a vit D then saw this. That is all. Lol.
Clif High is right.
Dude is brilliant.
What’s the recommended daily dose?
I take 10,000 IU/ day from mid fall to mid spring and 5,000 IU/ day during the balance of the year. I have been doing this for a long time, and the only time I've been sick the past 5 years was January 2020 when I likely had the coof for a week.
Fauci the tiny monster says he takes 6,000 IU of D3 each day.
Adjust up or down according to your size.

Take a mix of D3 and K2 because K2 regulates where your calcium goes (should go to bones and teeth instead of let's say make kidney stones).
Yes, thanks. I do.
This group is so intelligent.
I know, right? I sincerely believe that it was Heaven above that guided me to this wonderful bunch of Anons; sort of a "divine appointment". I'm not even that smart but this crew (on this incredible forum) just makes SENSE to me. And thank YOU for being here! MAGA-A!
This forum will keep you somewhat sane. You are not alone..
No. You are not alone. Take heart.

AH, K2, ya say? Don't know that I have room in my drawer for one more, but will give it a try!
You can get both D3 and K2 in one pill. I buy mine online from Piping rock -D3 1000IU (25 mcg) and K2 45 mcg. I take 3 a day because I only weigh about 110 lbs.
Love piping rock
Me too! I buy my NAC from them and my Quercitin.
I love this place. I searched for piping rock, found their site, got on their mailing list and am buying a few things. I've found so many places through this site...
K2 gives me migraines. Never had a migraine until two weeks after beginning to supplement with it. Stopped taking it, migraines stopped 3 days later. Anecdotal but migraines are listed as a possible side effect.
A few possible reasons for this. K2 redistributes calcium and it's possible you had calcium deposits in your brain. If you have only recently begun k2 supplements then you have probably years of your life where calcium was slowly being deposited in soft tissue throughout your body. Over time this creates conditions conducive to strokes, heart attacks, Alzheimer's and dementia, gout, kidney stones. The list is endless but you get the idea. When your body gets k2 it starts a clean up process and calcium deposits begin to dissolve. This clean up process can cause many side effects such as heart palpitations, migraines depending on where you have calcium deposits. Another thing You possibly have low magnesium levels which is needed for k2 and vitamin d to be effective and minimize side effects.
I would recommend taking a smaller dose of K2 along with magnesium and also something to bind the excess calcium that is no doubt being freed in your body.
Yeah I learned that the hard way 🥵🥵
I like the Michaels brand that has these both. Chewable apricot flavor.
I'll take a look. Thanks.
As I do and have for several years. Zinc and B-12 too, among other supplements.
How much vitamin d in a day I'm only taking 1000 right now
5000 iU daily keeps the coof away!
