I would assume it's about the Prince Andrew case. There's more than one way to skin a cat.
the military is the only solution. It had to be this way. These are only the opening salvos. While they want to conceal, they also know it is going to come out eventually if Trump continues winning (as he did in the most recent election). Thus, if they conceal and it gets uncovered, they go to jail as well. Thus, they have to walk a fine line. That is why Maxwell was prosecuted in the first place, when her accomplice was let off years earlier. Too much scrutiny.

We have half a dozen mainstream outlets talking about it now. It says what was previously sealed as a condition of the settlement that Virginia Guiffre had with Epstein has become unsealed as the executor of his estate did not show up at the hearing. Virginia is hinting on her Twitter page that others are going to be coming to justice.
This article says just what the document says, that an order signed by Judges Loretta Paska and Lewis Kaplan (those are the people at the bottom of the page) have said that her civil lawsuit against Alan Dershowitz and Prince Andrew (people at the top of the page labeled defendents) will be made public next week. That would be the week of January 3rd, the date listed at the end of the second paragraph.

In the Savile pedo incident in the UK, the plan seemed to be:
Allow the real bad guy to die first.
Find some comparitively innocent people of similar age who did similar jobs and put on show trials.
I suspect Prince Andrew will go the same way. The main guys, Epstein and Maxwell, have been dealt with; the incriminating evidence has all been sealed to stop it coming out; now Andrew can be prosecuted as the fall-guy/distraction to show that justice was done.
They can't afford to release all the names because those people still have power but prince Andrew is not important so he can be thrown under the bus without consequence.
Who really has power and who doesn't and where does it lie seems the million dollar question of our age.

It's interesting that now Epstein being deceased seems to be a trigger to have undone this previous settlement. The executor of the Epstein didn't show up, so now it's public.
