Sort of like how post-Nuclear bomb explosion samples of various elements are contaminated differently making dates of surgeries easier to calculate I think. It was less science than interesting thought experiment.
Oh and another one is the "uS Patent Number 1" game where time travel inventors have to win by going back and patenting the time machine as the first ever patent. Number one is missing...
no, its just difficult to understand non-linear time without observing it. the idea of linear time being like a movie reel with all the stills played one after another is easy to understand because that's our perception.
My theory is that if you want to test time travel you need to do something that can be seen but cause as little harm to the timeline as possible. What better way than writing a children's book. It will get permanently stored in the archives and no one will take it seriously. They successfully sent themselves a message from the past.
