I think this is absolutely the case. Reveal the fraudulent inner workings and crush the share price, effectively eliminating the competition. Bonus points if Elon discovers that changes were made to the algos or business operations between the purchase and delivery. You can't make changes to a product after someone has bought it; that's theft via fraud.

This has been the plan from the beginning. Given a big enough price tag, you force Twitter to sell, then you get to do your due diligence to make sure its claims of users are even true, and you expose them for the fraud they are, lawsuits from investors and shareholders pile on, and you kill the company. This will end up costing Elon next to nothing. DWAC will probably end up buying it, or it will just go bankrupt. I don't know. But you're not allowed to create fake users and then use those fake users to defraud advertisers, etc. and drive up your stock price. A lot of people at Twitter will probably end up in jail when it's all said and done.

Much like Facebook and Instagram. And now here is Truth Social and I absolutely hate it’s functionality. I can’t upload photos unless they are stored in iCloud first!?! Wtf is that requirement, I can’t just pull them from my “Photos” app on my device? I don’t use iCloud for anything and I’m not about to start just so I can post memes to Truth. Truth won’t even allow me to upload an account thumbnail or a banner photo without the same iCloud bullshit requirement.
Meh, all this shit is overrated. This ”meteoric” user adoption of Truth Social feels fake, phoney and false. I don’t know a single family member or friend that has an account on Truth... but the same friends and family all actively use Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. I don’t doubt for a second that people are adopting Truth, I just don’t think it’s going to be as big as we hope it will be.

Ditto. I was 75 , now at 61. Every time it drops below my average I buy more. I think I'm addicted.
I just looked earlier, and I had gotten in at 83 so the downturn has helped my share price quite a bit. will get under 70 in my next purchase.
