First Texas GOP and now the Maricopa GOP? Is this gonna become a trend?

28
DCSucks 28 points ago +28 / -0

The only trend I want to see is DECERTIFICATION

13
DJT4MoreYears 13 points ago +13 / -0

The only trend I want to see is DECAPITATION ..of the criminals.

3
DCSucks 3 points ago +3 / -0

I stand corrected.

4
Snowgirl1965 4 points ago +4 / -0

Amen

3
DireCarbon 3 points ago +3 / -0

I dont know if we will every see an actual decert, but the timing of these Rep committees ahead of the midterms means that people are going to start to believe it because they WANT to believe it. With the shit shape our country is in now. The red wave is going to be way bigger than I ever expected.

19
Munchaussen 19 points ago +19 / -0

And some EU leaders too after watching 2000 Mules.

2
Tylerlc22 2 points ago +2 / -0

Who?

12
ChronicMetamorphosis 12 points ago +12 / -0

A news trend, if anything.

"Let them eat sound bytes."

11
CQVFEFE 11 points ago +12 / -1

A strongly worded trend

8
BoatingAccident 8 points ago +8 / -0

I had similar thoughts. Mine was this: “so?”

4
slevinwind 4 points ago +4 / -0

Im all for not dooming, but how is this not any different than a condemnation from congress on something. Words dont carry weight without action.

2
Voteordie 2 points ago +2 / -0

Eat your crumbs and be happy

22
Cpleb 22 points ago +22 / -0

Ok does this have teeth? Are they legislators?

15
Pbman2 15 points ago +15 / -0

It should encourage more and more groups to stand up.

22
ChronicMetamorphosis 22 points ago +25 / -3

Because everything in the past two years wasn't enough?

Because the Texas vs Pennsylvania in 2020 wasnt enough?

Im sick of hearing limp dick politicians talk about "standing up". They want to remind everyone of where they stand before midterms.

Military is the only way.

11
TheRoyalRob 11 points ago +11 / -0

Yep.

Standing up would have been to throw the people in Maricopa county in jail for stalling and ignoring requested subpoenas.

Otherwise this is just some shit to show off during election time to say "see, I did something"

4
BoatingAccident 4 points ago +4 / -0

“See I said stuff!!”

5
WakeUpWorld 5 points ago +5 / -0

More accurate indeed

2
SoMuchWinning45 2 points ago +2 / -0

Some people did something.

6
fazzman23 6 points ago +6 / -0

problem with this statement is i think the military IS working for us right now. by not helping ukraine at all, by pulling out of afghanistan and leaving weapons for the good taliban that Trump made a deal with....this other stuff is for the 80-90% of the population who really need to wake up....so its still important

4
ChronicMetamorphosis 4 points ago +4 / -0

problem with this statement is i think the military IS working for us right now.

I think so too. I wasn't saying they weren't, but I'm saying that they're the only way.

Now whether its Russia's military or ours, that's a different topic of conversation.

1
VetforTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is what Is happening. Gotta fight to keep OUR minds on the true narrative.

1
BlindEnergy 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, we are the only way. No one is coming to save us. Buy more ammo

1
ChronicMetamorphosis 1 point ago +1 / -0

If that's the case, then the GOP's statement is still a nothing burger.

11
Msmcontrolsnarrative 11 points ago +11 / -0

Come on now....It's a very strongly worded letter.

But why can't J6rs use this as part of their defense?

10
Gaterop 10 points ago +10 / -0

Republicans are masters of pretending like they are doing something.

10
jasqid 10 points ago +10 / -0

Exactly. It's just a committee board.

2
_Donald-Trump_ 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is a board of unelected people. I think they are nothing more than advisors...

18
Cyberhawk 18 points ago +18 / -0

I know some are saying this and Texas GOP, it has no teeth. But it’s something. Everything has to start from somewhere. So even tho it may be just a midterm political stunt. It’s still movement. It’s still action for something that has never happened, is happening. Personally this is a good time to pressure your own state and say look...look what is happening? Are you in or out?

2
Voteordie 2 points ago +2 / -0

But you just explained exactly why they did it: midterm fodder, movement in the most basic sense.

1
Cyberhawk 1 point ago +1 / -0

I mean, most likely. Could be completely political. As they know this is a huge subject with voters. And they will be held accountable, for lame ducks. But I’m sure many running understand this. As voters need to also learn to follow up. Keep the pressure on elected officials. They run in election integrity...stay in them till they prove it.

All this is a first for America. We have to start somewhere. Trust me, I wish the military would come in, stage a coup, and lock this thing down till January. But I guess that’s not gonna happen. If something like RvW gets overturned soon...that shows me, that maybe, just maybe voting “can” actually make a difference one day. And one day soon. So this is a start.

1
Voteordie 1 point ago +1 / -0

What? I followed you until your last line: the military, whose leaders we didn’t vote for, is going to overthrow a government that we may or may not have voted for, in an effort to restore faith in elections? That doesn’t really make sense. I don’t want unelected officials in any form of power, we have no clue to whom the militaries allegiance lies, most of those generals were given power through favor trading.

1
Cyberhawk 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well, as nasty as all this seems to be, I feel it would be easier if the military just stepped in, took control, and allowed new elections to be taken place. If we trust the military, which I know gets harder and harder some days, then they would be doing this for us. Because our elections have been stolen time and time again. But, if all that was gonna happen, it should’ve already happened. So I guess we are on the more subtle path in stuff getting fixed..politically. I’m not confident in that approach really..because there is just so much corruption. It seems endless. I guess it’s good I keep my faith in God, because man is a total failure. And in the end, I’ll win regardless, because God wins, and if we stay with Him, we win as well.

1
Voteordie 1 point ago +1 / -0

Power is difficult to give up, how many military coups in history have ended in democratic elections where the generals don’t take leadership positions in the last 200 years?

1
Cyberhawk 1 point ago +1 / -0

Some of America greatest leaders were military. So I guess it’s do we trust them or not. I tend to lean trust them. Even though I know recently, we’ve just seen the bad and the ugly side of them. You know the transgender and all that garbage.

1
DireCarbon 1 point ago +1 / -0

You are looking at it in a vaccum. More and more people will want this to be true as the country continues to burn. Politicians are not doing so well when they go against their constituants these days. Massive red wave is coming with near lynchings if the politicans go against the people when the right has a majority after the midterms. RINOs are being exposed left and right. Doomers have no patience.

SauceFag Here.

Meet the Maricopa County Republican Executive Board.

https://maricopagop.org/executive-board/

Say prayers of thanksgiving and for God's divine protection for them and US.

Edit: Have to share this bit from their leader...

... One of her joys during the 2020 pandemic was sharing her passion for politics with her family by teaching a “Constitution and Politics” class for her five oldest grandchildren and her mother by Zoom! When not “politicking”, Mickie enjoys popcorn, reading, gardening, long walks, board games, crafts and hanging out with her grandkids

4
judypatriot 4 points ago +4 / -0

Mickie sounds like a Fren I'd like to hang out with!

After a year and a half they'd like to go on the record for the mid terms as needing votes.

5
Oasis5150 5 points ago +5 / -0

F_ them all forever. They’re all wanting us dead, not caring how. At all. They’re murdering us. None of this matters as long as murderers are on the lose, roaming. Any news on SR?

playing more games

3
TheGreatPumpkin 3 points ago +3 / -0

So the gop rejects it but not the actual gubmint?

3
PolishBaldEagle 3 points ago +3 / -0

Does this decertify the electors? If not, then what’s the point…. It’s like saying that the GOP now doesn’t see Biden as president. But where were they after the election?? Where were they during the Arizona Audit?? Let me guess… sitting back and watching the situation play out like it did

1
Voteordie 1 point ago +1 / -0

Obviously not, this was a general maricopa county movement, it was a GOP only choice, it’s symbolic at best.

3
Kekeveli777 3 points ago +3 / -0

Meaningless unless legislators act

3
Tynyyn 3 points ago +3 / -0

boom, Boom, BOOM Maybe each succeeding Boom is bigger than the last. Could deduce that the bigger Booms are coming in the near future. But the last Boom ought to be an eyeopener.

3
agent1212 3 points ago +3 / -0

hustling for votes

2
GGRockz 2 points ago +2 / -0

One state at a time.

Do not expect PA to do this.

Nothing but criminals here.

1
TBIYTCQC 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nothing but trannies there KEK

2
GGRockz 2 points ago +5 / -3

Man the negative comments here.

Are you ever satisfied?

Rome wasn't built in a day.

4
CQVFEFE 4 points ago +4 / -0

Are you ever satisfied?

Anyone satisfied right now is either zoned out on dilaudid, or suffering from microcephaly.

2
GGRockz 2 points ago +3 / -1

What I am saying is that when small strides are made everyone complains.

2
1776forever1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

There are Words and there are Actions. This is simply political posturing.

1
Voteordie 1 point ago +1 / -0

2 years of small strides almost made it as far as half a step. 15 years from now we might just have the first state decertify the 2020 election

1
GGRockz 1 point ago +1 / -0

Take your defeatist attitude elsewhere.

1
Voteordie 1 point ago +1 / -0

Defeatist is a weird way to spell realistic

2
Archon69 2 points ago +2 / -0

Is this board part of the Republican party or Arizona?

1
CQVFEFE 1 point ago +1 / -0

Neither

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
1
BrotherAmerica 1 point ago +4 / -3

That isn't a "boom", that is an eye roll and a lukewarm clapping of the wrist. A "boom" would be the State of Arizona decertifying it's electors based on the widespread evidence of severe fraud that has been present since almost election night itself.

This is just some Republicans looking for votes and donations.

2
Donny_Fiasco 2 points ago +3 / -1

So you just want the boom to appear out of thin air then. Gotcha

No groundwork, no small gains, justhey man, we decertified!

1
CavePeasant 1 point ago +2 / -1

Yes

1
lash 1 point ago +3 / -2

At this point, what difference does it make?

spez: People can't take a joke?

1
YeshuaSupreme 1 point ago +1 / -0

Where is the sauce?

1
YeshuaSupreme 1 point ago +1 / -0

Thanks, I did search for about 30 seconds and didn't find it. Must have used the wrong search terms or something.

1
purkiss80 [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound rude...Its just that some here are very lazy and want to be spoonfed...👍👊

1
YeshuaSupreme 1 point ago +1 / -0

Asking for a source isn't being lazy. OP should always post sauce. One guy spending 15 seconds to post a link is better than everyone who comes by spending ~30 seconds to search with no guarantee of success.

1
purkiss80 [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's how I got started, Years ago...Looked at posts...went digging...Did my own research etc, etc...No better way to get the Truth...DYOR is always the best way...That's all...Some people just want the dessert straight away...that way IMO you learn nothing...

1
VetforTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

Tell me where this leads?

1
SpoonySmalls 1 point ago +1 / -0

Doesn't mean much. Little more than lip service. It's a boom when we see some legit happenings, not just party organizations saying nope.

1
queue-anon 1 point ago +1 / -0

Please?

Some people are dismissing these declarations, but they are more significant than they seem. They are showing that parts of the Republican party have totally thrown out the RINOs.

MeanOMan 0 points ago +2 / -2

This seems to a really good resolution on the surface for visuals, not sure if it's any kind of steppingstone.
