Bitter Pills...Mom was right. She didn't know it then, but thousands of boys taking Risperdal were growing female breasts. Some of them even produced milk. ***** Causes one to wonder to what degree drugs have contributed to kids thinking they're transgender. (fullmeasure.news) ⚠️ Vax-TYRANNY ☠️

They're also adding soy to all the garbage food and putting it in tins lined with BPA. People need to start thinking twice about what they're putting into their bodies.

I have been a label checker at the grocery store for a long time, and I can confirm that very recently become nearly impossible to avoid soy in most processed food. Try finding any bread or crackers that don't contain soy. Most other processed foods have it added. It's even sprayed on fresh vegetables to give it the pleasing shine.

Nearly impossible to avoid it at the grocery. And that is a recent development.

Doesn't seem that recent. Soy has been in almost every processed or partially processed product I've looked at for the last 10-15 years.

I guess it caught me by surprise. Over the years I have gotten used to the products to avoid, because i have a bit of a soy allergy. It started acting up recently and I had to search for the cause. It turned out to be bread and saltine crackers.

The surprise to me was that it was in almost every brand.

I searched the bread aisle until i almost gave up. Finally got to a bread I had never heard of - Dave's killer 21 grain bread, and that's the only one I could find in the store that didn't list soy. All saltine crackers had soy as an ingredient, with the exception of one selection in Premium saltines, and it was only one style. All the others now list soy.

I suppose if those go away, I'll have to go into home baking.

Seed oils are bad too.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– kaizen777 2 points 3 years ago +2 / -0

Probably should define those, pulled from an article: Corn oil, Canola oil, Cottonseed oil, Soy or soybean oil, Sunflower oil, Safflower oil, Grapeseed oil, Ricebran oil.
Any others? Would you say that olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil are good?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– Wtf_socialismreally 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

I mean, if anyone says avocado oil is bad are just silly. Olive oil as well.

Much of the problems from seed oils end up coming from the process to actually get those oils.

Avocado and olive oil should be cold pressed, and does not require chemical additions. Avocado fats are also incredibly healthy for you. Nonstick properties are shit though, I'll take flax seed for a hard finish on cast iron any day.

Olive oil in particular is prone to have additive oils to bulk it up, however, and often ends up "tainted" by any of those.

Vegetable oil is also heart unhealthy, and offhand I do not recall what tends to be marketed as vegetable oil. But that stuff's really bad for your heart.

I never liked giving Risperdal - I've never observed any clinical benefit from it whatsoever. It's what imho is a totally ineffective drug with side effects that are more reliable than any desired clinical outcomes, but psychiatrists were wedded to it at one time. I always tried to discourage the team from the emperor's new clothes syndrome of Risperdal - everyone pretends that the client is doing better from the drug when it is likely they are just clean, sober, eating better food, getting supportive interactions and positive feedback from the adults around them, getting exercise regularly. In other words the milieu is the therapeutic force, not the drug. And the weight gain and gynecomastia are pronounced. It really should be off the market.

You could say the same for Depakote. As a pharmacist and former patient, that drug is insane. The weight gain and disassociation was incredible.

I am no longer practicing, had to walk away in 2020 after 18 years in the field. I couldn't do it anymore in good conscience. Between years of dealing with mass opiate addiction and then the covid cult sponsored by the machine it was enough.

I'm glad to see people like you still in the trenches. Stay blessed and continue to heal people.

I had a real bad reaction to Depakote while hospitalized for manic depression .... went to sleep and woke up 4 days later. was told I was waking up eating and falling back to sleep but have no memory. when they took me off it I was awake for 5 days on a manic high. in the end was hospitalized for a month while they tried to stabilize me on medications. never stabilized suspect the reason I was released was insurance ran out. never got stability till stopped getting into stressful situations and the meds were out of my system for 3 years.

The opioid epidemic, yes. My doctor had me on, get this: 300 Utram, 150 Hydro 10's and 150 Oxy 10's.....a month.

Next thing I know, he stops prescribing opiates completely. Its a wonder I was able to survive not going to the streets and overcame it.

Unless you are overtly schizophrenic or severely bipolar (the latter of which is way over diagnosed), what you describe is the real treatment for most mental health issues. Well that and working on coping strategies for aberrant thoughts.

permalink parent save report block reply

Sometimes those diagnoses are bunk for sure. Sometimes the mentally unstable get it into their head and behave in a way that gets them diagnosed as it because they aren't aware that there is a different root problem.

Mental health is a minefield. Mental health problems with over medication makes it a mass shooting.

Medication should definitely be the nuclear option, not the first.

It seems antibiotics are about the only thing worth taking. Even then, the argument could be made they have only made bacteria more resistant due to over prescribing. If course they would mess up something so basic.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 8 ▼
– americruiser1111 8 points 3 years ago +8 / -0

Even antibiotics can be incredibly harmful. My friend who almost died,, had a horrible reaction that took her years to get over. They destroy all the good bugs in your gut, which are half of the immune system. It's way better to keep your immune system healthy so that you aren't overrun with bad bugs, not to mention that there are MANY plants that have antibiotic properties that work way better with your body and your good bugs. The Creator of All Things knew what He was doing, why use something that He didn't create?

Supposed to take a probiotic with antibiotics. Hardly anyone talks about that or brings it when prescribing.

I like the liquid ones at the health food store

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– Wtf_socialismreally 3 points 3 years ago +3 / -0

Not all antibiotics are strong enough to wipe out your gut flora. They can weaken it, but you can also consume probiotics to help strengthen them before problems arise.

It's silly to talk about God this and God that when it came to medicine, because even what has been synthetically created (and antibiotics were not developed using a synthetic method) is a product of God at its core, because God gave humanity the knowledge and materials to create.

Not all of those creations are beneficial. Antibiotics are, however.

They are also the only thing holding the Bubonic Plague at bay. Yes, it still exists, and yes you have to get on antibiotics ASAP to survive.

Also, anything with antibiotic properties will kill bacteria indiscriminately.

There are chemicals called endocrine disruptors, and they are indeed disrupting chemicals in the bodies of children. This will probably prove to be the element that is helping to create all the "transgender" distortions in thinking.

Sorry - tangentially related but a bit off topic rant to follow:

When my son was quite young, around 5 or so, we went in for a dental cleaning for him. He was being rambunctious and energetic, but nothing unacceptable or that could be taken as misbehavior.

The dentist spent a REALLY LONG TIME trying to convince me he had ADHD and that I needed to get him medicated and delay his schooling for a year. I mean he went to the trouble of having us stay after the cleaning so he could spend a good half an hour trying to convince me.

This was maybe 25 years ago, by the way. I wasn't nearly as awake at that point in my life but I had very strong gut instincts about certain things. This was one of them. I politely declined his suggestions and we switched dentists after that.

Now my oldest is a successful adult in a career that is not sedentary. He expressed many times over his years at home that he would hate having to sit behind a desk all day. High energy and a love of being physical are simply a part - a wonderful part - of who he is.

Looking back, I have to wonder what motivated that dentist to so strongly push meds and holding my son back a year. Would he have benefited in some way if my child started on meds? Was he simply brainwashed re big pharma being the answer to everything? I just don't know.

I do know I'm so grateful I didn't listen to him. How many other parents put their trust in medical professionals of all types who will now pay, possibly with their lives or the lives of their loved ones?

Shameful.

Schools were encouraged to turn over any misbehaving boys to the psychiatrists and I wouldn't doubt the psychiatrists were getting some benefit from the pharmaceutical companies. Not one person in that decision chain thought "hey kid isn't crazy, maybe the kid just needs discipline or a good home or therapy". Leapfrogged right over any consideration for therapy (because it takes a long time) and right to the immediate results of a drug that had never been tested on kids. How many kids in that generation may have KILLED THEMSELVES because of lazy teachers who wanted compliant, drugged children, shitty parents who were too proud to admit they suck as parents and doctors who were ready to experiment on a vulnerable population for profit? It's some seriously sick shit.

I did medical transcription for 18 years and 'typed' GPs doing the same thing. If there was ever any discussion about better parenting or therapy, it wasn't included in the doctors' dictation, which -- since the reports are supposed to be thorough and accurate -- indicates to me there was none.

– Wtf_socialismreally 4 points 3 years ago +4 / -0

The best thing to do with a misbehaving kid is absolutely to figure out why they're misbehaving and either assist to rectify if possible or focus the energy into something productive.

E.g. maybe the kid is enthusiastic about computers and technology; integrate them into a program that focuses their energy there.

Maybe a kid is a little hyperactive and it causes them to have trouble focusing in class or behaving, but that kid exhibits an interest in building things -- integrate him into some form of shop class.

Maybe a kid is bouncing off the walls -- perhaps get him focused on some form of track to get him running.

Too many schools, parents, teachers, doctors fail to focus a child's high energy drive somewhere productive, when it is an extremely good opportunity to get them interested in a hobby that will give them the passion to learn more and practice that hobby and accompanying subjects, to turn it into a career or at least a major job option in the future.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– DrFatsides 3 points 3 years ago +3 / -0

Exactly. Boys get over diagnosed for issues because their energy level is not compatible with modern education rules. Funny how many of these conditions never existed when children were taught in different formats (apprenticeship, outdoor learning, Socratic learning) vs sitting still for 8 hours watching PowerPoint slides non stop.

Man, even 30-50 years ago was so neat. Hearing stories about high school students being involved in programs to work with other schools and build houses and neighborhoods under professional craftsmen and such.

The value of that kind of experience, from carpentry, to education on electrical wiring, to exterior and interior designs, plumbing, the list goes on..those are invaluable, and getting kids involved with that so young creates a spark in so many possibilities and sets them up on a good path.

We have a family member who is agoraphobic, afraid of Covid (claiming to be immunocompromised, but seems otherwise healthy), and claims to have “sensitivity to gluten”.

Each time the family gets together my mother-in-law has to prepare a special menu just for him. We are relatively certain this person is a hypochondriac. (They claimed to also have gout.) It’s almost like telling folks that you have some mental illness or medical condition is the new vogue.

Also, while I’m still on my rant, it drives me crazy to hear parents just about brag to others that their child has texture issues. I get it - some kids are on the spectrum and truly do. But... I don’t know. Growing up in the 80s, I never heard of such a thing. It wasn’t until the last 5-7 years that I recall people boasting about this.
