Possibly jumped the gun, but Article 142 is real and was put in place specifically for this. Interesting events:
Bolsanaro press conference with NO concession (media falsely spinning)
Careful language from Bolsonaro to “begin transition” and distance himself from any fraud claims
Military operating independently to review per their Constitutional duty
Apparent interference and threats to Brazil’s military from neighboring Leftist countries implying invasion/war if Article 142 used

Seems like you could search for the Article# and filter “most recent”. It sounds like lots of data suppression going on right now by lefty court to prevent info on their steal or any countermeasures from getting out.

I hope the best for all of us in this, we all wanted Myanmar like responses, unfortunately we found out that doesn’t always happen for whatever reason. From what I can see from the outside looking in, is that things are happening quickly and with military involvement in Brazil, that to me is a very good sign for you, excellent post by the way.
The reason Myanmar type response was not undertaken here is probably this (and few appear ready to accept it): all sides are working towards the same goal thus elections are allowed to be stolen.

One of the best, quickest way to detect a document (which is really useful if you want to verify its existence) is to do a controlled text string search, by putting any unique portion of the text between two " " marks and searching.
If the unique text string is somewhere on the net anywhere crawled by google, it will show up.
If this was an actual Brazilian govt document, it's impossible that it would not come up from some govt website, etc.
So, sadly, 99.9% probability that this is a FAKED letter.
The real question is, WHO would fake such a letter? Would real patriots or freedom/truth seekers fake such a letter? No. Possibly disinfo by blackhat agents in order to create chaos, discredit truth tellers (ahem: "conspiracy theorists", right?). But likely created by some malignant person who is resentful and hates truth seekers with a personal vengeance.
Not hard to create this, and so many anons and truthers ready to bite (without checking)!!!!!!

This is purported to be a public document issued by the Brazilian government. It is purported to be issued by the highest level officials in the government. Only a person completely inexperienced in researching and searching for documentation on the net (I have 20+ years experience, btw) could suggest that google could bury such a public document.
Google will filter results to throw up search results they want sheeple to see, but a strong search is not something they could block.

The people I communicate with in Brazil tell me its business as usual after Wednesdays national holiday. Lots of vids out there spliced together of previous demonstrations saying they are happing now. They are not.
