There was a post yesterday. It was an interview by Brannon Howse of Frank Speech. He was interviewing Brazilian journalist Marco Antonio Costa who said the election was all electronic. If this is true, why would there be boxes of paper votes?

Brazilfag here. I'm casting doubt on this tweet because Brazil doesn't use paper ballots, people push numbers on a keypad of a voting machine. So dozens of "boxes" would have to refer to those voting machines or this tweet is fake.
