VOTING CHAT
What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
Live on FrankSpeech some guy talking to Mike Lindell said the California Sec of State ordered all voting machines shut down at 3:30pm. Mike said he had not heard/doubted but would look into it. Here on the ground in Cali, it’s not true as far as I can tell. So it appears a smidge of drama reporting. At least Mike didn’t feed into it without stating he’ll check on it.
So if any race is close tonight, then it will be a Democrat win by Friday. Right now Walker Warnok will go to Warnok. I'm seeing Bannon cheering but I want ass kickings.
Theres a ton of inconsistencies today on multiple websites.
lottery stuff, voting stuff.
look at my comment history for proof but wtf does this all add up to?
hi Space force.. internet cut off soon?
Election night (Midterm 2022, November 8th) current count of the number of sealed indictments is 365,448 (doesn't appear to have changed in at least a month). (This is from https://bad-boys.us/ ). Let's check back in a month or two and see if that number rises noticeably, just in case election fraud perps are added.
What time is Trumps big announcement from MAR tonight? It is tonight, right?
Thank you very much, for some reason I thought he said tonight. Thanks fren.
5.0 Earthquake in Cuba. I thought that was odd.
I am really excited and praying for good news! 🙏
Busy day, busy day. Mods, bless you all, keeping the ship tidy and sailing. We appreciates ya. o7
Amen! Salute to Mods! o7 👏
^^^THIS.
I don’t have a recipe but absolutely love Tabouli salad or Tabbouleh is a simple Mediterranean salad. The base is parsley instead of lettuce. I eat it at Mediterranean restaurants.
Yea it’s really good. I should attempt to make it. It’s so healthy.
we knew it would. I really hope Kari wins. She's awesome
Seems Twitter is down for me or overloaded, internet has a been a little flaky as well in general.
Throwing this out there

“810 Billiards & Bowling” there’s that double B 22 but… I knew the first part had to be something just couldn’t figure it out…. DUH…. 810 mirrored = 10/8
Just been looking at a rainbow, beautiful symbol of hope.
ah, that reminds me, i saw one yesterday!
Raining cats and dogs here - stuff blowing around outside and power Out!
Won't be deterred from the polls, but got me thinking about elderly neighbors. Think I'll reach out and see if any need a ride complete with umbrella holder!
It is a west coast polling station.....
Preach ☹️
My church, coincidentally, is my polling station. I get to vote this morning and as God would have it, meet with my pastor soon after as another step to officially joining the church family. It just seems like this is where the Lord wants us. We serve a mighty God!
Oh Lucille! Happy for your decision and what better day to join your church family! 😘
I read a post yesterday from someone here who was going to fast and pray for our country. Fell asleep praying for our Nation and world last night.
Father, Lay your hands on our country and those voting today. We NEED YOU! Protect Our President, his family, all men of righteousness, the Operators, Patriots, Poll Watches and all your people who cry out for You! We ask this in The Mighty Name of Jesus! AMEN! 🙏🙌
Thank you so much! God has given me great contentment. :)
I'm so glad! I wish everyone had your faith...this world would be a better place.
HEALTH QUESTION!
Anons,
Over the Summer I was diagnosed with low blood cell counts from a B12 deficiency that led to anemia, and chronic fatigue which I am still struggling with.
I just got my charts back from some recent blood work, and my B12 was back to high levels, along with my D3, and my Iron.
However, my White Blood Cell count is still low at 3.91, and my Red Blood Cell count is likewise low at 4.29. Since supplementing B12, D3, and Iron for the past two months, these numbers have gone up slightly, but not nearly as quick as I was hoping. Anecdotes suggest recovery can take up to 6-12 months. Do any of y'all have any advice on how to speed up blood cell production aside from what I am already doing?
I'm meeting with my Doc on Wednesday to go over my charts, but I thought I'd ask some Anons in case y'all have any ideas.
Rife frequencies
Switch out your B12 to hydroxy and see if that makes a difference. Some people can't process methyls very well.
Are you taking Vitamin C with the Iron? It needs it to be absorbed. Vitamin A helps too, leafy greens, kale, chard, oranges (fresh), if you cannot choke down liver (which is good, but its hard to get clean young calves liver anymore outside of a local farmer), they sell dessicated liver capsules as a supplement. Vitamin A helps the production of red blood cells. If you are taking B12, make sure you are also getting the other B's too, they work together. Lots of animal protein, avoid too much caffeine as it makes you pee out all the B vitamins, so, if you like coffee in the morning, take your vitamins with food a few hours afterward, else you be peeing them out. Rest when you are tired, dont try to push through the fatigue, your body makes new cells while you are resting. Alcohol will deplete vitamins too and your ability to absorb them. It takes time. I had a low count after my hip surgery, I guess I bled a lot during it, and it took me about 6 months to get my numbers back up. Prunes, which you will need when you take iron supplements because it can bung you up. It is very important to not fight fatigue, let yourself rest when you can. Best to you in health.
I've been taking a couple different Bs. A B12 methylcobalamin with folate, and a B-Complex. I am also taking a general multi-vitamin. I'll have to check the vitamin content to see how much C and A is in there. I may try to find something more potent.
I have been using caffeine as a crutch again to get through the fatigue. I'll try your advice of postponing my vitamins until after my caffeine in the morning. I have been alcohol free for the last 6 months, so that isn't a problem. I rarely ever drink. Only on rare occasions.
I also never thought about getting a liver supplement. That is a good idea!
Thank you for the advice!

Make sure your folate is l-methyl folate as well!
So many have trouble with their detox pathways (MTHFR) and can't process regular folate.
you are very welcome. yeah, the coffee for fatigue is kind of like chasing your tail, and can exhaust your adrenals, moderation with that, I know, I used to drink pots of it, but as i got older I noticed I crashed more than it helped. I am on a mushroom kick now, and use Cordyceps and Lions Mane with one cup of coffee in the morning, and I wow, it really helps.
Where are you getting your mushroom supplements at if you don't mind me asking? I recently found out about the benefits of mushrooms. First, I bought some Lion's Mane & Turkey Tail extracts from a local mushroom guy, and a few weeks ago I bought some capsules & powder from ... https://freshcap.com/
They even have mushroom dog treats. Their website has tons on info.
I did a post about benefits of mushrooms...

The coffee is such a hard one to give up.
I tried giving it up last year, but felt like an absolute walking corpse. I think that was when my anemia was at its worst. I may try again to taper off now that I am on my B12s.
don't try to give it up all at once you'll die from the headaches! Moderation. Anemia is funny in that it can make you lose your appetite, which is weird, because you want to be eating, not getting all undernourished and stuff.
Hi Qanaut. May i ask- are you M or F? I have some suggestions (more if you're F.)
Male.
I think the stress of working under the COVID restrictions up north is what put me in this hole in the first place. I didn't realize how much the stress was affecting me until recently.
I am improving, but very slowly!
Okay, good to know this. Men can get too much iron pretty quickly. Meat! Red meat! Beef, lamb. Kabobs, burgers, steaks + jerky. Chlorella + Algazim get you some nice iron. Thiamin + Niacin are both important B vits to get your Bs in sync. "Ferro-tonic" by Daily Manufacturing is a colloidial iron supplement, it's absorbed much faster than normie ones with no constipation. And- hope the covidium doesn't include masking up:/ That'll wreak havok on a guy.
My work place required masking for a straight two years. I was in no position to walk away from my job, so I put up with it. Big mistake! In hindsight, I should have just walked away and let the chips lay where they may.
I've definitely been on a burger kick lately. I've got this Ninja Foodie Grill that makes incredible steaks, and burgers. Nothing like a double bacon cheeseburger! The only problem is moderation! I'm also trying to shed some COVID poundage, and the inability to exercise effectively is making that quite hard.
Eat your burgers without the bread...you can use lettuce leaves instead. I'd rather have the meat than the bun!
To lose weight, cut out the carbs. Much more effective than exercise. And nobody has mentioned magnesium. Everyone is lacking magnesium these days. If you get muscle cramps or migraine, you probably need magnesium (or salt or potassium).
Magnesium lotion is like my drug! I feel immediate relief when I use it.
Well, until you're ready to exercise again, I recommend grounding every day. It'll help speed up the rest of the healing. Wishing you the best🙏 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4378297/
