I disagree. 5pm Friday is the best time because the cabal won’t have employees to bury it as they’ll all be off for the weekend.
I've noticed a lot of white hat info drops seem to land off beat, late Friday--a time normally designed to minimize distribution. It felt like this was always the case with Durham.
Friday has always been the big news day, control the weekend news cycle. That's how you control the narrative.
That "prime time for distribution" thing stopped being an issue once the internet supplanted the cable/tv msm for info sourcing by those interested in such stories.
