The best I could come up was, a cyber security asset that was being transferred by the military to a private company. Just because the company was in Florida we assumed it was WHs but what if the asset was transferred to a Cabal puppet company which then used it for all kinds of things including election fraud and social media shenanigans, but everything tracked by the WHs ?

Seems like the Screenshot missed the most important part of this IP...it isn't exactly the DoD's building. There are GPS coordinates that go with this IP and they land you right at a FBI building.

That is an FBI building. Seems like the DoD would be more interested in an IXPDB center like the one at 535 Scherers Court Columbus, OH, United States, 43085. That has all the routing information for internet traffic. That is about 12 miles away. Also that IP 11.3 is the military LAW OF WAR from MAJIC EYES QNLY. Carry on

Now they're going back to the Pentagon under Cyber Command headed up by patriot Gen. Nakasone. Nakasone is not only director of the NSA, but also the commander of CyberComm, which I assume controls these IP addresses. He also played a huge role in Solarwinds.

11.3 was not in files. Pederson is implying the dod has been exposed. Their ip addresses happen to be 11.3, hence maybe could be a marker as they’ve been exposed via treasonous acts which is officially in the mainstream via twitter.
