I follow a pro wrestling YouTube channel, F4WOnline (Figure Four Weekly). Every day, the comments are loaded with tons of very very loud people who preach the gospel of that leftist POS Jim Cornette, who insists there is only one way to put on an entertaining match--the kind that never put on a show in anything bigger than a high school gym when Cornette was running Smoky Mountain Wrestling.
There's a reason they're called "Cornette cultists." Almost every comment there is from them. His fans are very devout and very LOUD about their outdated views on what makes wrestling work.
Did I mention he's also a leftist POS? And if rumors are to be believed, a literal cuck as well--used to record younger wrestlers fucking his own wife. One who refused to do this was Anthony Carelli, AKA Santino Marella.
He's also a racist, sexist, misogynist, and xenophobe. I sound like a woke leftist saying that, but he genuinely is a reflection of a typical leftist.
For instance, he consistently refers to all of the joshi wrestlers in AEW (for those who don't follow pro-wrestling, joshis are female wrestlers from Japan) as "school girls" and claims they only have a job there because they are really there to be Kenny Omega's "fetish objects," which is absurdly false. Recently, Riho (a joshi in AEW who is an absolute sweetheart), had deactivated her Twitter account after receiving harassment from these "Cornette Cultists."
Cornette really is a piece of shit.

Talking with friends is becoming a struggle. Every conversation is like living through Groundhog’s Day.
They rehash the same crap over and over, they miss obvious clues right in front of them, every thought they have comes spoon fed from their corporate media of choice and they don’t even realize it, and yet they think that THEY are the smart ones.
It used to be frustrating, but it’s becoming downright boring at this point.

I am. It takes a lot of work, it’s usually an arduous discussion, but I try to walk them through the logic of it and get them to agree.
But it is, indeed, very short lived.
Been through it on Trump’s performance as President and his economy. On the election fraud, and on the “insurrection”.
But the Fox News (and in some cases, CNN) programming kicks in and within days or weeks, it’s like we never had the conversation at all.
Yes, thank you. The lack of idea permanence is a fascinating phenomena. I’ve been thinking of its causes for a while now. In cognitively impaired people, it’s probably just memory failure. In people whose memories should be working, though, it’s somewhat jarring to witness sometimes. Is the person really delusional? Or is it an insincere manipulation, a way of realigning himself with his tribe?
The last one. It's true that many people here describe their transition to Q life as one of complete alienation from friends and family and jobs, except for their life here on this message board. That is not an attractive thing to behold to many people one may come into contact with that have a modern American life that is working for them. Now if it's not working out for someone then that's who is a classic mark for the thing.
