You want to report that to the police, take steps to have the assault photographed and rape kit involved, if appropriate, and file charges. The police will know which hospital has a SANE unit to treat the victim with care and concern and appropriate chain of custody. If the police don’t handle the case appropriately or refuse to file a report, you know they are crooked and working with the school. You will have a nice lawsuit against the school and the police. If the police refuse to take the complaint, have them put it in writing or record on your phone their refusal.

By the US constitution all counties should have a Sheriff voted on by the citizens of the county. New York clearly violates this and they appoint a sheriff in New York City much like a police chief, instead of doing 4 year elections.

I've wanted to do that for a while and I have some skills that they might be able to use in certain cases, and I wouldn't mind giving back. When I was in the USAF at the Pentagon the USSS, AFOSI, and FBI were trying to recruit me but I did not want that as a career based on some really good advice from several agent friends I worked cases with.
