Smack dab in the middle of the doc it had a text box that actually called out the fact that Romania, Slovenia, and France were training Ukrainians in Ukraine. Most of the training for tanks/missiles/weapons systems showed Poland, Germany, Finland - other places outside of UKR.
That one kinda freaked me out. It is one thing to secretly train UKR even though everyone including Russia knows, but it is worse to have it published to the entire world that NATO is in country and Russia is not doing anything about it. Note - I said NATO. You know - the one with Article V?

In my experience, when NATO is involved in the content, it is a NATO document. But that would be playing on a level field. How do you control bleed of NATO information through this mechanism to people who are not cleared for NATO information? That would be a classification conundrum. I'm not saying it doesn't happen. We were always briefed as to the possibility of being spied upon by (e.g.) the French or the Israelis. Anyway, I was always inclined to raise my eyebrows at the classification of COSMIC TOP SECRET.
