He wasn’t even in the same room at the time.
I was called to jury duty today and of course I went bc civic duty. Usually they don’t use me but today I got to the juror interview part. They swear us all in. Everyone is in the same room and you state your occupation and spouses occupation children, grandchildren, and hobbies and juror experience. After that the prosecutor asks questions. If you have an answer you raise your hand and speak. You must answer any question asked truthfully cause your under oath.
I had an acquaintance who worked at the DA when they said her name I admitting knowing her.
Then they asked about auto theft had anyone in my life had their car stolen. I spoke on that and was told that case is similar to this one can I be impartial I said yes.
Then they asked if anyone had followed closely any cases in our county of national significance! I was THE ONLY one who said, Yes, I closely followed a national local case. He asked was it Kyle Rittenhouse case. I said YES. He asked if I formed any opinions about the DA or others involved in the case. I replied Yes the DA. He returned DA Binger? I said yes, DA Binger. He asked what was my opinion?
I said clearly and loudly that he was a liar and a master manipulator!
He asked if I could judge this case with him prosecuting I said yes but I’d know DA Binger if entered the room. He thanked me for my honesty and when all was said and done Chosen jurors stood up. I was not asked to stand up. I am sure I will never serve on a jury in Kenosha County ever for the rest of my life bc Binger is a piece of shit and I will always tell the truth!
So yes, Kyle saved me from jury duty.
Awesome. You got to say that he was a liar and a master manipulator under oath.
Thank you bc he is both of those things!
Awesome, and thanks for the Laughs....
And red pill the chosen jurors. Lol
Or at minimum, sow doubt that they did not want.
I would be too afraid. A DA can charge you with almost anything or his/her friends can make your life very expensive hiring lawyers.
Being afraid, is what got us here. It's long past due to stand up proud, for what's right. We outnumber the evil ones a zillion to one. All we have to do, is stand up, and stand together. That's all we ever had to do. Their power thrives, in our fear.
Learn common law and they can’t do shit to you. Not only can they not do shit, you can then turn it back on them (they made a false claim against you)
Fear not, stick to your guns and stand up for what is right and true, especially now
It seems like you are the kind of person we need on juries. I dont know how anyone here can complain about the government and then brag about "getting out of" jury duty like that's something you get a gold star for
I was ready and willing to serve but I had to tell the truth and that disqualified me. What really surprised me was that not one of the other 40 people watched and paid attention to that very local national trial.
If telling the truth gets you out of jury duty, then our jury system is fucked.
Well done Patriot! It must have felt amazing and powerful to be able to speak the Truth before the County DA & Defense Attorney during the Voir Dire, which literally translates from Old French to "Speak Truth"
I’m not sure why some are thinking I ditched my responsibility I was there and willing to do my duty I was not selected. I felt that keeping quiet instead would have been a real deceit.
Absolutely...you took the path of Truth & Honor.
Could've been more diplomatic -> juror.
Unfortunately most selected jurors are uneducated and uninformed.
By design
IMO it is a form of civil disobedience.
Fuck the system.
Yep, that's exactly what I thought as soon as I realized what this thread was about.
Come on, OP..... you should know better. We can't complain about our "fucked up legal system" and then dodge / cheer getting out of Jury Duty.
I mean; I guess you didn't really dodge, but you get the point.....
Who actually "wants" to mow the lawn? But we still do it when the time comes
The entire jury selection is bullshit.
It's a game the lawyers play to see who can stack the jurors in their favor the best. That's all it is.
If you've been robbed before then the defense (defending the robber) will get rid of you. Even though YOU as someone who's been robbed multiple times has ten times more experience about robberies than someone who's never experienced it in their lives.
It's all horseshit profiling IMO.
These lawyers shouldn't know ANYTHING about you as a juror. In fact, you should have complete anonymity..just like a voter does with who they voted for. They shouldn't even know your name..should be given a number only.
It should be completely random..no one gets thrown out because some dip-shit lawyer simply doesn't like a person's face..or a person's experience, etc.
The only thing there should be is a simple cognitive test just to make sure you're not completely stupid or brain dead. Other then that, these juries should just fill the next available juror seat with whoever is next on a random list. That's simple.
Think of all the wasted time these lawyers spend and how all the courts are all backed up because of this.
You’ve described exactly what it felt like. Passing a list of our names back and forth crossing us out or selecting the keepers.
That's a shame actually. You'd probably be a good juror.
I did about the same thing here in my home town back in March when I was on jury duty. During the trial the judge asked if anyone was gonna have any issues following the rules of her court. I found myself raising my hand not even knowing wtf I was about to say. Lol she said so your going to have issues following the rules of my court? I said "as long as those rules remain constitutional I sure wont". She asked if I was an expert on constitutional law I told her that thankfully our fore fathers wrote it in a manner even a farmer could read. She then got pissed and asked if "I felt it was my job as a juror to define the constitution?" I told her that "it's my obligation as an American cutizen to define and uphold the constitution or did i swear away my civil rights when i became a juror?" she passed me off to the state attorney who asked me if I felt it was constitutional that the defendant was driving at a blood alcohol level of .09 I said "idc what he was doing I'm referring to how we try him, because of we don't do it according to the constitution it's kidnapping and I won't be a part of that just so you can have your conviction." I was removed along with a quarter of the jury. One other juror told me that's what I get for asking to many questions and he was immediately removed as well!
How the fuck does he still have a job lol oh right all the connections that got him his job in the first place
Jury nullification
It wasn’t for Kyle’s case! That’s done and over that man is innocent
A critical thinker on jury duty… missed opportunity imo.
I probably could’ve said nothing but look where saying nothing has gotten us. I am aware of jury nullification and considered deceiving them but it didn’t feel right.
Why not run against DA Binger? You could use the Kyle Rittenhouse case in your campaign materials.
Not a lawyer but I will run for village trustee someday.
Jury of your peers and they are always retarded low information sheep, you did the right thing
Thanks Kyle
That should be bumper sticker and on T-shirts
Saint Kyle of the Hat Trick....
Saint Kyle of the Gun....
Saint Kyle of Kenosha....
The Kenosha Kid....
The Hat Trick Kid....
There's others, but these each got me 30 Day Bans on FB, LOL....
I like those
These district / county attornies are literally above the law and they protect their own. I don't know how this system can ever get fixed, because the good ole boy system is not going anywhere.
Work on fixin' the good ole boys.
Ours was corrupt to the bone. He lasted 10 years before it caught up to him. He got replaced by an older version of himself and the interim that took over when he was ousted failed to file a rape case for several years because the suspect was known to the prosecutor. Also while I can't speak to other states, I can tell you from experience the Supreme court of Indiana protects these attornies.
Great job! Keep speaking the truth. People are listening now.
Your statement will roll around in those jurors heads though!!
This is my first ever sticky after all this time. Thanks
Let the truth ring out about those who swore an oath, and broke their oath, to We The People!
I made it to Juror #9 once. We were told it was the guys 4th dwi, but killed a lady & her two kids as she slowed to turn into her driveway after school. I asked 2 questions of the judge. Since it was the same DA for all 4 dwi's, would the DA also be charged as an accessory simply out of negligence, and is capital punishment on the table, because if that were my wife & kids, this trial would not be happening. I said that muther fucker had better enter a plea. Everybody in the room went white as a ghost. He did 5 years before he was paroled. I got all of the jurors out of jury duty. Beat that ;)-
Thank you for speaking the truth. On this board we hear terms like psy op or mkultra.
I previously would be shocked that no one else would have mentioned Rittenhouse trial as something they were aware of but now I realize the psychological trauma we all were subject to of watching the riots made most people compartmentalize that trauma. It’s likely why when asked out of context about a “trial” most normies won’t “remember” the Rittenhouse trial.
Epic my Pepe friend!
How is that shitbox of a human still the county DA?
Bravo, Sir.
Great post-good job!!
How I have lived my life to the age I am & have never once been called to jury duty I will never know. I must be on some list. The list of individuals who will demand that the jury overturn crooked laws. I just can't imagine why I haven't been summoned other than this 🤣
I haven't either. I can only guess is that i was brought up on BS charges and beat the case with undoubted evidence.
Being a registered voter and getting a traffic ticket is how you get on the juror list in my old county. Then I got called every three years like clockwork.
The truth will set you free!
I used to lie to get off juries. since I've discovered jury nullification, I can't wait to get called for just duty.
You found the FAKE in the Court System. Now there is more civic duties to attend to.
Yea.. him and Fatlock.
Sorry that I live in a place with a DA that thought it was a good idea to try and lock up a young man for defending himself and that it pissed me off. I showed up I wore a suit and I spoke articulately. I watched the Rittenhouse trial I formed a strong opinion based on the behavior of the DA. I was specifically asked about my opinion and I spoke it for the record,
Perhaps my words did some good for the defendant in the heads of the selected jurors.
As a fellow WI Patriot I salute 🫡 👏 👏👏
Nobody has a responsibility to act as jury in a case they are bringing their bias to. Certainly, juries are frequently corrupted by biased liars (mostly from the other side), but the solution is to somehow improve that, not give in and desperately stoop to their level. We don't do 'by any and all means', even if they do.
Q: Who knew about the Rittenhouse case?
A: Everyone.
Q: Who had an opinion and some level of bias about the Rittenhouse case?
A: Everyone.
Impartiality guarantees are for the defendant, not the prosecutor.
The entire concept of trial by peers was a purposeful attempt to counter unfair prosecutions.
If a tyrannical government rises, everyone will have bias against it. Does that mean all should be disqualified from serving on juries to protect their fellow peers if they all happen to be biased against tyranny?
There is absolutely no reason to disqualify oneself from jury duty, especially in cases where you suspect a prosecutor is going to misbehave.
It was for an auto theft case. Not Kyle!
Different case, same DA
No a lesser DA for sure. Binger only wanted the fucking fame. He wouldn't do an auto theft. Sorry I see what you mean...same county court house and Binger is this guy’s boss.
All the assistant DA work for the main one.
Lunchbox?
