This is how you use bureaucratic language to lie about what you're actually doing. You present numbers completely out of context and without defining your terms. What's the difference between a removal and a return, for example? It's legally important, and not defined.
We have somewhere between 11 and 30 million illegals living in the US right now. Joey Ten Percent and the Biden crime family have added ~6 million since occupying the WH. By gutting ICE enforcement, he has reduced the number of removals to 66,000 in FY2023, again, out of the up to 36 million who need to go (~0.2%), effectively stopping interior enforcement of our border laws.
The 66,000 (48,381+17619) who were removed were IN ADDITION to Title 42 removals, which were 1,079,507 in total.
It is defined if you read Title 42.

The quoted section to me seems like something that was activated because of mah covid. In other words, those 1,079,507 expulsions were carried out not because the individuals were sick or ill, but because "we have to protect the USA from the dreaded covid" as a reason. Just like lockdowns quarantined people not because they were ill, but (the irrational rationale said) because if people travel around, the world will collapse due to covid19.

You're right. Trump used existing law and said anybody with a failed PCR test had to go back home.
Biden had to keep this policy in place or admit Covid wasn't an emergency. That's why they're removing Title 42 now that the world has declared Covid is over.

The data cited by OP says the removals are up over same period last year. I'd need to see more data before I could conclude that the Biden admin ISN'T playing red pills.

I think this is a serious and interesting topic, because there is a lot of circumstantial evidence (not conclusive, tho) that the Biden admin is only partly controlled by the DS, or that different elements of the Biden admin are disconnected and unable to have free reign (i.e. are subject to devolution constraints).
The Karma Patriot post is a bit misleading. 1.2 million is really "millions", but I think this whole issue deserves more digging.

I have a fren who was/is on a task force sent to Key West to deal with migrants. In his official briefing they were instructed how to process boat loads of people INTO the U.S. However by the second day he realized that boats from certain starting points were flown back to their starting country within 24 hours. Somewhat confirm what I'm seeing in this post.
