Maybe they suspected the corrupt low level judge would have ruled "evidence inadmissible" far more important to get eyes on this than to have a bought and paid for judge bury it with "sealed" or "contempt of court" BS.
You cannot present new evidence in an appeal unless the evidence is "new". They had, and knew they had, this evidence in the first hearing. If they submit it now it is inadmissible, even if incontrovertible.
I believe you are correct. is it possible Lake just becoming aware of this evidence now though? possibly, although her wording sounds as if she might have been aware earlier.
also, if the courts are as corrupt as we think, does it really matter to get it admitted into evidence when we believe they'll somehow rule it inadmissible? court of public opinion is likely far more important and by entering it into public this way the normies can't dismiss it by arguing the court threw it out.

Also consider that showing people at the machines is not proof of tampering. Yes, that'w the only rational explanation, and, it can be easily dismissed as insufficient.
Kari is stoking rumors of a senate run, she knows she's not going to win but can't give up because of optics. All of the moves now are to cement her cause was just for when the USSC refuses to hear it. Then she'll fund raise off of that for the senate campaign to "strike back". He'll probably say there's no proof that what they're doing is anything illegal. Now, if those people were identified and called to testify that might change things but they'd have to admit it. I feel like we will catch more people stealing 2024. Its a giant sting, remember for a sting to work people have to think everything is normal. 2024 would be the third election that the military intel watched fully. Letting it happen a third time will highlight where the problems still are. The Biden Admin is a movie controlled for asleep people to watch and to wake up, the elections are just another part of this.
