Reinstate seems a perfectly fine expression to use here in the case that DJT is elected to office. Partly because in the mind of Adam Shitfff, there is no such thing as a legitimate election where DJT could win, so he could never admit that DJT would be re-elected. It would have to be a coup in the mind of Shittff. Also, because everything he says is projection.

Very commonly used in cases where the removal of someone was illegitimate, and the restoration is achieved by execution of authority, etc, but not exclusively.
ie. One thesaurus says: Synonyms of reinstate (verb give back responsibility) bring back. reelect. reestablish. reintroduce.
Indeed words matter. But as someone who is trained in and works with words and language professionally, I know that levels of ambiguity can exist and that without close attention, may go undetected.
Besides, the premise here is that Schiff believes that DJT will be restored to the presidency by an act of .... the military? He may or may not believe that, but can he know it? I mean, we don't know it, and anyone who says they know it is confusing belief with knowledge.
Anyway, you can think about it in a bicameral manner: him saying this MIGHT be because he thinks DJT is going to be restored before 2024, but he also might be saying this because he thinks the patriots are going to try to get DJT back to the white house for a second administration.
The language itself ("reinstate") supports BOTH interpretations.

In my case, I don't currently lean towards DJT coming back to the Presidency before 2025. Rather, I'm much more inclined to see things in this framework:
Administration 1 (2016-2020): The Set Up - laying the foundations, putting in place all the necessary groundwork for destroying the Cabal, preparation and awakening phase
Administration 2 (2021-2024): The Lure - Continuity of govt and devolution - controlled demolition of the Deep State Central Bankers system, disclosure phase. "The show".
Administration 3 (2025-2028): The Boomerang / The Harvest - Clearing out the whole system, accountability phase
Many cottoned on to the idea that "Military is the only way" meants somehow that DJT would be brought back to the white house by the military and the 2020 election simply declared invalid. But as far as I know, there is nothing in the Q drops that overtly imply that. It's anon theory developed to try to make sense of the unexpected nature of the Plan, like Biden getting 'sworn in', and the Swamp apparently pulling of the election steal scott free, etc.
I mean, maybe that will happen. Who really knows? But I don't believe it will happen, and I lean more towards the idea that the 2020 election steal had to be, (sting operation) and that the 2024 election will be secured by patriot forces.

Here's one thing that I personally believe is critical to understand. What we are observing is not simply a take down of the deep state, for example. It's the take down of the satanic structures that have enslaved humanity since time immemorial. The Cabal as we call it is the instrument through which evil has influenced and controlled us. So what we're involved in here is a conclusion to the millenia-old war between good and evil. Prophesied not only in the Bible but in many scriptures and traditions.
What does that mean for you and me? It's this: there are two aspects to the Great Awakening: an external aspect, and an internal aspect.
The external aspect is the lifting off of the veil, the exposure of the reality of the mechanisms and instruments of evil in the world; their designs, their methods, their history, etc.
The internal aspect is closer to home. It's about being confronted internally; with my weaknesses, my shortcomings, the programming I've been following in my life, how I've seen the world and myself in it, my attitudes and internal reality. Opening up to that is every bit as difficult, if not more so, than opening up to the external aspect, i.e taking those red-pills.
This is one reason why so many people connected to the Great Awakening are turning to or re-experiencing God.
The war manifests in the material realm, via the Cabal and their mechanisms and activities, but the nature of the war, that's spiritual.
Part of growing spiritually involves digesting, processing and moving through negative emotional forces that we encounter. If we had all had perfect parents in a perfect society where God was visibly present and we always lived within God's love, we'd have grown to spiritual maturity and the negative spiritual and emotional attacks and waves would not harm or hinder us.
But that's not the case. Rather, we've been living under the whip of the spiritual and material slave rulers, even though we understood so little of that. So, in the Great Awakening, part and parcel of the process is encountering emotions, feelings, ideas that will make us extremely uncomfortable, and it's not easy to process them, to digest them, and to grow stronger enough to push them off.
I say this to encourage you; take heart. You are not alone, and what you're experiencing is what millions and millions of us are experiencing in some shape or form. If you understand that you are undergoing a process, and you search for answers, and the way forward emotionally, mentally, spiritually, you'll find yourself becoming a better person, a stronger person, and fear will have a lot less impact on you.
I say this from experience, as you may be able to sense from the comment I linked above.
Regarding trauma, the truth is, all humanity has been living in trauma for all of our history. We just didn't recognize it; we thought it was normal. My personal faith is that the keystone foundation for what we are now experiencing was laid 2000 years ago, when Jesus achieved the victory and opened the door to spiritual salvation. What we are seeing now is the culmination of that victory, with the war being waged to finally clear the Earth of the evil spiritual forces that have been camping here since the start (i.e. book of genesis).

Think about it from their side for a moment. If the Republicans somehow find the courage to prove the 2020 election was rigged. If, in this scenario President Trump is inaugurated (not reinstated) around six months before the election, he will have time to engineer a an historic turnaround.
The amount of people this wakes up probably makes rigging the 2024 election statistically impossible. But, it also provides time to stop 2024 from being rigged.

Two things. First, I said six months based on a statement President Trump made when DeSantis said it would take 8 years to undo the Biden damage. President Trump said it would only take six months.
Second, if someone has been sitting on the proof the 2020 election was rigged, they have been planning how to prevent it in the future. Among other things, the realization we’ve been subjected to a lot of abuse by an illegitimate government should create the urgency to overhaul our election process. The likely outcome is one day of voting with paper ballots as we’ve heard President Trump say repeatedly.
