I've spoken with a lot of people who lived before me. Back then there were no vaccines at all and that generation has a lot of people in their 80s to 90s while the generation before me are dying at 60-70.
All 4 of my grandparents lived into their 90s. My grandfather just died, at a few months shy of 96. My grandmother is still alive and 94. Nearly all of my relatives before them lived into their late 80s to 90s, and some even over 100, back in the 1800s, and if any did die early it was from unnatural causes. No vaccines or modern pharmaceuticals, all real food. Nowadays, I've also seen many people dying in their 70s. I don't think we'll ever see that kind of longevity anymore unless people get off this "modern healthcare and modern diet" crap.

I've stopped trusting modern doctors at around 2013. Prior to that I had a top-notch pediatrician that knew how to cure, not to treat symptoms and knew an old heart doctor that had the same skill set of curing, not treating. Now it's just pill peddlers for the most part.
I've mostly been off fast food and restaurant food and prefer home-cooked meals and have just lately started weaning myself off soda (some deworming helped kill the sugar cravings).
I don't know what my shelf life will be, but I'll do what good I can before I go.
Yeah, I'm really actually kinda glad that my mother's parents died before Covid...her mom died in 2019. She was in a nursing home, and would have died from loneliness during lockdowns too. So sorry to hear that your grandmother did. It is just criminal.
I've also gotten off of eating out (having a wheat allergy makes avoiding eating out easy), and I've cut out most sugar, sugar substitutes, and seed oils. I had 2 bad experiences with medications in the past so I'm not on any pharmaceuticals now. I haven't been to the doctor in years. I have gotten my parents off of all pills too. I glad they're awake and saw the Covid hypocrisy and it woke them up to how most medicines don't cure or prevent. My dad takes ivermectin every week for his allergic asthma (and got off of a steroid inhaler and high blood pressure meds by doing so), and he never gets sick, and my mom hasn't gotten sick since she stopped taking the flu shot. I'm hoping both my parents will follow in their parents' footsteps and live into their 90s too. They'll both be 70 next month, and are quite healthy. By contrast, my husband's father died when he was 70, from kidney failure caused by high blood pressure medication.

Yes. I had something like long COVID with bad muscle cramps after COVID. Ivermectin helped and stretching and a massage gun. I have immune system issues that started when I was a child and didn’t sleep much while being sick. I think if I had slept more and took more ivermectin it would have been avoided but could have had some muscle cramps. I had the cramps so bad I struggled to work and live normally.
I took some prayer and trusting God before I could overcome this. I’m still dealing with cramps but it’s getting better very slowly.

UK here, buried my good close mate only a few months ago, turbo cancer of the neck. He left behind a young wife and two daughters, one aged only 5yr old. It will be his birthday on Sunday.
Another good mate from the military had a heart attack only days after a vax, a body guard about to go to South Sudan for more work.
I know of another 7 all with cancer of the throat, my mates dad died when the tumour burst in his throat and chocked him to death.
5 more with various heart issues, one confirmed myocarditis and most likely another after collapsing at work.
On my Aunties side of the family, her son now has an extremely aggressive brain tumour, going through the usual chemo etc, not looking great tbh.

My mother's health has declined since she started getting COVID vaccines in early 2021. I have been warning her since March 2020, that this "pandemic" is totally fake. She has developed multiple chronic health problems, she has had every booster and still, she refuses to stop getting the boosters. If she continues to get all of these boosters, I think she will be dead within the next year or two. No matter what I do or say, nothing will convince her to stop getting these vaccines.
I haven't had a vaccine of any kind since 2004, and I'm the only member of the family who is not being treated for any chronic illnesses and is not taking any prescription meds.

I have all of the supplements you listed w/ the exception of nigella sativa. My issue is I'm not sure how much of each to take. Do I take 1 of each daily, weekly, etc?? Let me know if there's a recommended published protocol.
FLCCC and Z-stack and McCullough's sites all have protocols and dosages for detox, treatment, preventative, maintenance. So far, I've seen many places point out that it's really hard to "overdose" on any of these supplements, so we have that going for us. We do maintenance levels unless we have to be in among a group of shedders, then we might double up a bit. We eat clean foods that have good supply of most of these supplements in natural form, but since there's more toxins thrown at us than normal life should have, I believe we need more help until we can actually clean our environment from all these evils.
We have nigella sativa seeds and do a tablespoon of honey with a teaspoon of seeds; this was based on a study that did honey alone, seeds alone, both together, and control. Together was much better than both individually against flu and for general immune boosting. This is the only one we didn't get in capsule form, originally because I couldn't find anything but oil and I didn't see an easy way to introduce that into a daily thing. After a couple of days of oregano-tasting burps, it didn't do anything else. Personally I put honey in some tea and put the seeds in my Everything seasoning on toast/cream cheese. Blends right in. Reading through the comments , the thought occurred to me about a post the other day, regarding the Q drop that the Truth would put 99% of people in the hospital. Now while I know that 99% of people did not take the vax, what if the truth about the vax came out, after Trump wins, and an antidote to the shot was available? Suicide weekend, or week, I don't remember, but, if the truth came out, people were in such grief and depression, they take their lives, and 99% left rush the hospitals for an antidote? My mother's health has declined since she started getting COVID vaccines in early 2021. I have been warning her since March 2020, that this "pandemic" is totally fake. She has developed multiple chronic health problems, she has had every booster and still, she refuses to stop getting the boosters. If she continues to get all of these boosters, I think she will be dead within the next year or two. No matter what I do or say, nothing will convince her to stop getting these vaccines.
I haven't had a vaccine of any kind since 2004, and I'm the only member of the family who is not being treated for any chronic illnesses and is not taking any prescription meds.

5 covid jabbed dead in our 25 unit complex. 3 in 2 units on our floor in less than 2 weeks. One was the manager. Sadly there will be much more to come. ***Also- if you didn't take a covid jab, they are finding the same clotting; and stringy stuff in the blood of unjabbed as the jabbed. This has been going on the past 6 months. Look into it. Shedding is real, people! Get on detox- nattokinase for spike proteins, n-acetyl cysteine (NAC) for the graphene oxide, and the regular preventive supplements- vitamins C and D, Zinc, ivm/ HCQ/ quercetin / nigella sativa / fenbendazole
I have all of the supplements you listed w/ the exception of nigella sativa. My issue is I'm not sure how much of each to take. Do I take 1 of each daily, weekly, etc?? Let me know if there's a recommended published protocol.
FLCCC and Z-stack and McCullough's sites all have protocols and dosages for detox, treatment, preventative, maintenance. So far, I've seen many places point out that it's really hard to "overdose" on any of these supplements, so we have that going for us. We do maintenance levels unless we have to be in among a group of shedders, then we might double up a bit. We eat clean foods that have good supply of most of these supplements in natural form, but since there's more toxins thrown at us than normal life should have, I believe we need more help until we can actually clean our environment from all these evils.
We have nigella sativa seeds and do a tablespoon of honey with a teaspoon of seeds; this was based on a study that did honey alone, seeds alone, both together, and control. Together was much better than both individually against flu and for general immune boosting. This is the only one we didn't get in capsule form, originally because I couldn't find anything but oil and I didn't see an easy way to introduce that into a daily thing. After a couple of days of oregano-tasting burps, it didn't do anything else. Personally I put honey in some tea and put the seeds in my Everything seasoning on toast/cream cheese. Blends right in. I think that is/was the plan with them! In my country it's around 800 a day coming in. And as I was trying to explain to my normie mates during the great coof scam, "how come you have to stay in your house or lose a job because of the vax, yet hundreds of fighting age males can simply walk into the country without it"...............Silence.
I haven't known too many people personally who have died, but according to my folks they've been to several dozen funerals in the past couple years, whereas they'd go to maybe a few every year prior to 2020. But aside from that, I know a lot of people my age and older who have been sick all the time, and they never make the connection to the vax. They probably never will.
I've been to three already this year! The last one, the lad was driving to see the Doctor because he had been feeling unwell, had a heart attack whilst driving, crashed into another car, the heart attack killed him. He was a well liked lad, always fun and taking the piss out of you, not old either!
While I am not very close to a lot of members of my family, I always thought they'd be around for awhile longer.
Despite all the "They are NPCs, idiots, cowards, etc" that people hurl around at those that took the vaccine, it won't change the fact that it'll be sad to grow old without the people you thought you'd grow old with. This goes for families, friends and acquaintances.
Being able to resist and move on will be a lot more painful down the line once things sink in. Stay strong.

Reading through the comments , the thought occurred to me about a post the other day, regarding the Q drop that the Truth would put 99% of people in the hospital. Now while I know that 99% of people did not take the vax, what if the truth about the vax came out, after Trump wins, and an antidote to the shot was available? Suicide weekend, or week, I don't remember, but, if the truth came out, people were in such grief and depression, they take their lives, and 99% left rush the hospitals for an antidote? Not facts, just theories.
It's hard enough hearing about the losses; when it hits home it's even worse. Praying that you find peace.
While I think the vax had a lot to do with increasing deaths, I have another theory.
What if all the efforts our government and the PTB have been putting into poisoning us is finally reaching its zenith? I don't know anyone who does not have some sort of illness (i.e. autoimmune, cancer, diabetes, MS, Lupus, etc). Even in young people there is rampant ADD, Autism, allergies, etc.
I posit that the efforts to poison us (chemicals in water, food, clothing, products etc)is finally reaching its end, where everyone in the population is experiencing the effects of the last 50 yrs of the population control program, which is evidenced by the culmination in what is going on in our world today.
Population is finally enmasse succumbing to the poison agenda and TPTB are just "cleaning up" or "consolidating" for the final solution in the next 5 to 10 yrs.
They know half the population will be dead by 2030 so now is the time to move in a start rounding out their portfolios (land grabs, mountains of money, automation, CBDC, etc.)
I'm inclined to agree; directionally this has been going on for a long time. Don't know that the injections were the concerted purposeful culmination, or a logical denigration of events, but it's certainly a capstone.
It appears when you look at the analysis of the different batches, from each of the different companies, that they took it in turns to do harm. So whilst one maker and a percentage of the batches created adverse reactions, the others did not. Then the next maker and so on.
I haven't done that kind of trend analysis, but if true this would be a very powerful red pilling chart
I had a thought a few weeks back after another friend had found out he has heart problems. What if those that took the jab, like the 5 friends I know of that all now have some sort of heart issues, and the countless others walking around with sub clinical myocarditis (ie they don't know there is a problem until it happens) are suddenly faced with a DS driven "project bluebeam" type event that scares people to the point they have a massive adrenaline dump, which in turn induces mass heart attacks? Not a nice thought, but one nonetheless.
So is this the new normal? Lost my mother to stage 4 turbo lung cancer. She died clueless to it all. It's going to kill my brother when it finally dawns on him that he helped put that needle in her arm. If his own jabs don't get him first, that is. So far, so good.
Cousin died on his motorcycle this month. Never mind that he didn't ever wear a helmet, cause he stopped at a red light, and dropped over dead. Vaxxed? I was afraid to ask.
Sorry for your loss. This week is 2 years for my aunt. She never got out of bed after vaccine no 2. A few days later claimed she would, uncle left for work, once home found her passed away in bed. I have a 2nd home in small town Mississippi. Was talking w/ a neighbor last week and I asked "What's the latest news around here?" He said "funerals"! I said "what"? Yes he said "I've never been to so many funerals in my life, seems like there's one every week now" (paraphrased). I asked him how old were the deceased? "40's, 50's & 60's" was his answer.
My mother, perfectly health 54 year old, got 2 shots. Now she is having heart issues. She knows why and we agreed never to discuss it. I never had to say, "I told you so" because she knows.
It hurts and pray for her to work through it but, now I think about it constantly

A friend of mine who took all the jabs, as did her extended family, lost her sister in January to turbo cancer. Her brother has cancer also and she believes he is not expected to live out the rest of the year.
Another friend got the jab... a booster last Friday!!!... my husband had a positive test on Friday (don't lecture me... he was sick and his company was flying him to another state across the country. He would have to pop a negative test to get in, so he had to test before he left to make sure he wasn't having them fly him across the country to do nothing) and the friend of mine that JUST got her booster,... and got her young children boostered... told me I couldn't come over to her barn because she didn't want to catch covid. I just said "OK" because I KNOW I won't change her mind, however why the hell did she get the booster, and is still afraid of getting covid??? What does she think the booster is for?????

Except what you describe is NOTHING like the friends I lost. One was black and hated Trump. He was dyed in the wool liberal but not BLM or militant. The most gifted athlete I've ever known and the smoothest dude with the ladies, too. We had epic political discussions. The other was a probation officer in California and the vax was mandatory. Zero political leanings and one of the funniest guys I ever knew. Never saw him lose his temper.
