I disagree on a number of points, but based on my view of the current plan/war.
I think that Trump Admin #1 was a disruption and set up (preparation) term. Cabal ties cut, modelling how good things can be under MAGA.
Trump admin #2 is the current term, with devolution in place, and Biden in the White house. This is the term where everything from the deep state system falls to pieces: the finances, the military, the institutions (2-tier justice), the Ukraine money laundering proxy state systems, etc. Biden needs to be in control during this phase, so that ALL the political fallout, etc. falls on him, not Trump.
Trump Admin #3 is Trump from 2025 onwards. Everything will be put back in order, and even better than Term #1. Justice will be executed, the systems will be reformed because the public will want it, demand it, and understand why it is necessary.
Getting DJT in to the white house via speakership would mean that all the rubbish that still needs to happen (i.e. collapse of the USD, etc) would havppen under him.
In a speech just last week, he said directly, " in my second term, which we are sort of having now.... but I don't want the results of this term, it's really bad" .

Plus nothing can be passed until there is a real Speaker sworn in.
