Hard to say for sure; there is really not enough of the video to extrapolate but a few red flags in favor of Forbes here:
The jets move in a way that strikes me as uncanny, though I admit I haven't seen very many jets in real life flying in formation it really looks more than a little scripted.
The lighting. It is specifically not good lighting. If you were to use your phone to take video in a sunset, it's highly probable that your phone would blow out the shadows on the ground and offer greater detail. If using a professional camera, it's possible that you could yield these results but the automatic focusing looks like it's designed to emulate a phone's autofocus feature.
Added on to the lighting: It is quite sketch that as the ground becomes in focus at the end of the video, it is quickly cut -- if it had more frames and time to focus, you would be able to see the ground, grass density, the background more clearly, etc. to see the textures which would immediately out the video as a scripted fake from a combat sim as they allege.
The last one in particular is eyebrow raising for me, and after seeing leftists and propagandists use shit from ARMA and such, I'm really not interested in people spreading fake bullshit so I would be very interested to look into this more.
