Same. My cynicism of all things everywhere had me telling hubby last night that the Astros game was fixed. Or maybe that's just me being a sore loser.

When he said that I went back into the memory banks to go over the time I discovered Q. I was very skeptical at first, kept looking for the scam. I quickly realized he/it was the real deal. Read them from very early on as they were posted. I don’t buy what Flynn is selling.

May I ask what your prayer life is like. The bible says to pray without ceasing. I'm sure if you are a 5.5 you have a decent prayer life. So not trying to belittle you. Focusing on prayer just really helped me get to 6

I'll add my own experience and say that the only way I was able to get past 3, was because of Jesus and putting everything through the lens of the spiritual - addressing everything there first to inform how to address the physical.

I can empathize with the 5.5 position because, for me, that represents the daily struggle between solving things "our way" vs. continually turning back to God in every circumstance.

I developed a habit of listening to a sermon first thing in the morning - that sort of sets the tone and perspective for the day off on the right foot and I've found it keeps me less prone to going back to picture 4 and 5 so much - as truths about those two pictures are often shown to me when I set my mind on Spiritual truths first thing in the morning.

Anyways - just throwing in my personal experience in case the known company helps someone in some way.

Well said. Yes viewing things in spiritual ways first plays a huge part

I can empathize with the 5.5 position because, for me, that represents the daily struggle between solving things "our way" vs. continually turning back to God in every circumstance.<

Yes I can empathize with it as well and your description of why is very solid. This is why prayer really helped me because I begin to focus on praying without ceasing. It really renewed my mind to help counter that struggle.

Awesome stuff. Yes listening to sermons is solid stuff. Glad to hear it helped you. Thanks for sharing your testimony. Testimony is truly such a powerful thing. God bless u fren. Love you. Jesus Christ is King

▲ 5 ▼
– Slechta5614 5 points 2 years ago +5 / -0

I have a good relationship with God.<

My words are in no way saying you don't have a good relationship with God so please don't take them like that. It's awesome that you have a relationship with him and that you pray 2 times a day. Keep in mind you said you are stuck at 5.5 so I'm simply asking probing questions.

Why do you only pray those 2 times. For me the pillars of the faith are

  1. prayer
  2. scripture reading
  3. Sabbath
  4. solitude
  5. fasting
  6. service to others

Personally I think #1 is the most important because it can be taken into all #2-#6. To me this is what I think it means when it says pray without ceasing. To turn your every thought towards God. To conversate with him all throughout your day

Again I am not preaching nor belittling. Simply having discussion. So I hope my words can be taken in love. We are family in Christ. God bless. Much love

No slight taken at all, fren. I should have specified that I have two FORMAL prayers, morning and evening. But I send up prayers throughout the day, like when an ambulance or fire truck passes...I know someone is having a bad day and I pray that God will place His hand on the matter.

I've been known to be talking to someone who is having a bad day or experiencing troubles, and I'm not ashamed to place my hand on their shoulder and have a prayer right there.

I don't fast, but I do have quiet time and read scripture. And I'm mostly service-to-others, but also have to take care of myself and my wife.

All in all I believe I have pretty spiritual life.

I am close. My only problem is the number of people that are dying. I know most of them made their own choice, but it is still hard. The most recent one was a baby and he didn't choose the vax. I sometimes think it's God's modern day flood. Those that are fearful, and do not have strong faith are falling victim to the vax. The decadence is rampant, and God is angry. We all know that God Wins.

I'm a five if the lawn is my country or my family or my business or our Constitution.

permalink save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– Slechta5614 3 points 2 years ago +3 / -0

I think #6 is more like an Ecclesiastes type of mindset. It's all a chasing after the wind. All that matters is Jesus and he loves us very much. This doesn't bring in action though. It brings Godly action rather than personal justice. To truly rebel you must know the true enemy. We battle not against flesh and blood.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– Framus 3 points 2 years ago +3 / -0

It's flesh and blood invading my country.

While the sky pilot Christians figure it all out with pretty thoughts, down in the dirt Christians are being raped and slaughtered.

This is why I don't really want to go to church. I would go full Number Four on most of them.

EDIT: No offence intended to anyone.

I understand your frustration, truly I do. However when you make it about this life can you truly live for Jesus. Jesus went to the cross in a very brutal way. Was mocked and spit on. Yet he knew that his battle was not against those people. He could have snapped his finger and killed everyone that wished to seek him harm. Yet he had love and grace for them. Forgive them father they know not what they do. Remember we all fall short of the glory of God. We all have corruption and technically each of us should get death. It's by grace you live. It's tough putting justice in the hands of the creator. I truly do understand the frustration you have. This life here is not about us nor is it our home. He is bringing a kingdom down from above that will be glorious and full of perfection. We are called to reflect Jesus. I brought up the book that I did for a reason. The writer had it all and he realized it was all just chasing after the wind.

I appreciate your honesty btw fren. We are family in Christ. I know these are frustrating conversations and filled with emotions. So I won't take your words as offensive ok

Also this isn't to say Jesus can't use his people to bring about Justice. However it's gonna be people that live in #6 not doing it through there own will

Also we are all sheep. The bible is clear on that. It's who is our Sheppard that's important

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– Framus 1 point 2 years ago +1 / -0

I want you to preach that sermon to all of the children that are being raped right now on there way to the US. Preach it to your wife while your daughter is strangled to death. Preach it when the action comes to your street.

I'll reflect Jesus just fine. Remember the part where he tore up the temple? Remember the part where he comes back and the blood is up to the horses bridles? Remember the one where the man after God's own heart said that God 'taught his hands to fight'? Remember the part where Jesus said if you don't have a sword, sell your coat and buy one?

Christians aren't supposed to be tolerant of everything. Paul said as much as possible live at peace with all men, but what about the men you can't live in peace with?

As for safety and lawn security, if a man doesn't provide for his own, he has denied the faith and is worse than the infidel. That's in the Bible too, and if 'they' mess with me and mine, they will find out what love can do.

Also, I'm not frustrated and I don't appreciate the condescending attitude.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– Slechta5614 2 points 2 years ago +2 / -0

Let's call it passionate then. This seems like a very passionate topic for you so I'm gonna back out because nothing I say will break through. How about this, can we both agree to pray on each other's words, with an open heart. Listening for the voice of God. Then talk more if anything comes.

My use of frustration was not condescending in any way. It's a situation u can't really change so that brings about frustration. It's not meant in a negative way. However we will call it passion or zeal now ok? 😁😉🤗❤️

for me: stage 1 / 2: 41 years stage 3: 2-3 weeks stage 4 and 5 overlaps: over the last 4 to 6 years, I'm a pretty strong 5 right now. I've given up on my former normie friends. they are living in a different reality.

the only fairly sudden step progressions for me were from 2 to 3, and 3 to 4. 1 to 2, and 4 to 5 were gradual, and if I wasn't so busy trying to life's cart wheels from coming off, I think I would be able to progress faster to 6.

I was stuck at level 5 for a very long time. Now when I try to explain how I got past it I get called all kinds of names and labeled different things. lol. Truth is I was never religious or spiritual. I was strictly a conspiracy theorist guy who dug down all the rabbit holes looking for answers. After years and years, the pieces finally fell into place. I put what I learned into action and my life changed drastically. That is when I started looking into the spiritual/religious stuff and realized that they have a lot more in common than people realize.

When I read your comment about the alter and then about how you felt the energy even though you didn't believe in that BS it made me chuckle. I am not saying you are closed-minded because you don't seem to be but many are and let their beliefs stop them from considering other information.

I never get offended but I can be a bit of a smart ass and I don't think that translates well in comment sections. lol.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 4 ▼

All religions are trying to describe the same thing. As soon as we put a label on them it causes division. When we feel divided we get defensive and emotional [low vibration]. This girl is not "new age" she is lost and needs help finding joy and being "uplifted". She comes to you because you have found a way to be joyous and uplifting. The "new age" people call this "raising your vibration" and help her as well. People get stuck on the wording and do not realize that the core principles are the same in each religion.

Like Q said, "They want us divided". When we are divided we fight amongst ourselves and do not realize that we are all on the same team [One].

It's because she doesn't accept Jesus. She talks very similar to you just so you know.

You fall in the universalism category and I simply just don't believe that's true. It contradict everything about Jesus.

I very much view everyone as made in the image of God. There is still truth though. If by speaking that you wanna label me a divider, then you are the one dividing, not me. I love everyone yet still speak truth of Jesus and who he is

There are many differences at the "CORE" of each religion. Christianity is NOT a religion. It is a relationship with Jesus, the Christ. "There is NO OTHER NAME WHEREBY YOU CAN BE SAVED. Jesus is the ONLY way to heaven, period. When you accept Him as your ONLY Savior and God's Son, you enter into a RELATIONSHIP with him and that is Christianity. Then a miraculous thing happens. The Holy Spirit begins to change your heart into the image of Jesus. It is not something that you do yourself because if you could do it yourself, you would not need a Savior. Submit to His Lordship over your life and HE WILL TRANSFORM YOU. Our job is to read the Bible to find our what pleases the Father and it also tells HOW TO AVOID pitfalls. The BIBLE IS THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR A PROSPEROUS, SUPERNATURAL LIFE. The book of ACTS did not stop...........believers should be doing the same miracles now that the early disciples did in the Bible. Read Mark 16 verses 15 thru 20. If we aren't experiencing these miracles in our life if we are Christians, then we have MISSED something because God says this is what will happen because HE IS WORKING WITH US CONFIRMING HIS WORD, the Bible, THRU THE SIGNS THAT FOLLOW.......THRU THE MIRACLES THAT FOLLOW US. Check out the verses that teach about "JESUS WILL BAPTIZE YOU WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT.....it is a gift to you. }

I am not labeling you at all. I just find it weird how so many religious people get so angry and defensive about their beliefs. [Not you particularly]. Some of the nastiest comments on this board come from religious people. I wish they understood that that anger is their inner "demons" and they can heal and release them.

I require Jesus. The living word made flesh. I see his face in all truth, love and light. I understand the mindset behind the all religions are saying the same thing. Truly I do. I was there once. There is a reason all religions mention Jesus to some degree though they fall short. Muslims was a teacher but didn't rise from dead, Buddhist say he was simply someone that achieve oneness. And so on. Religions try there best to use his truths but not give him credit. I simply turn to Jesus to give me truth, since he is truth, and the way.

Yes I absolutely agree some Christians can get mean. I try my best to not get like that. So if u feel I cross a line please be open with that and I will re approach it a different way. Yet at the same time it's not wrong to stand in truth and share the good news. If we make it about man and them achieving perfection through themselves, then all sorts of crazy things come out of it, for man is corrupted. Yet Jesus is perfect. Even the blindest of people can sense some things spiritual. It doesn't mean what they label it is truth. That's why we need Jesus because he guides us to all truth. And again I do see Gods image in all man. And I love them deeply. I'm not here to condem rather to spread who Jesus is and the work he has done. Not only for me, but for you and the whole world.

Let's say for a moment that we agree Jesus is real, wouldn't yog feel bad taking the credit, saying things like I activated my penal gland and now I see truth. Shouldn't the creator get the credit rather then the creation. Jesus might have given you insight, however it's meant to bring him glory. We will all kneel before him eventually. Bowing before his feet. Hallelujah. There is a reason Q mentioned Jesus in the prayers they posted. Who do you think I guiding this movement. It's not the 10 that know the whole plan. Even they will say all glory goes to Jesus I guarantee it

Do you think Jesus wants "Credit or "Glory"? Do you think "he" wants us "Bowing before his feet"?

Do not be offended by this because I mean no offense but that is a 3 dimensional perspective. We are not humans with a soul, we are souls with a body. Jesus was the embodiment of unconditional love. Unconditional love is the only way to ascend. Jesus is the only way. Do you see how 2 different statements can both be true?

The principle of polarity

"Everything is dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled."

Let's both agree we won't take offense to each other's words ok.

https://www.openbible.info/topics/every_knee_shall_bow

Yes for Jesus is God and God is the creator. We are created. The builder is not the same as the house. The way you are viewing it, you are making yourself out to be the builder. Which is the exact danger I said I worry about with the approach you are laying out.

Jesus is the embodiment of love yes. However he is also God made flesh. We are not God's. We become heirs to his kingdom yet we are still not the fullness of who God is. Jesus is.

All truths lead to Jesus though. Not our own will. You are hijacking the truths of Jesus and making them seem like they are yours. Or belong to man. We are the creation. Jesus is not. You are seeing the equations but forgetting that someone built that and made it truth. This is who Jesus is. The alpha and the omega. When you make yourself equal to him you forget it's only by his love and grace that we get to inherit his kingdom, not by our own will but by his.

Depending who I interact with, I keep bouncing from stage 5-7.

One phase left out: where you show up at local board, council or party precinct meetings and maybe even run for office and help to build the ground game, which might be the only way, and what we are supposed to do anyway, to defeat the monsters.

Jumping to 6 is easier than it sounds. What it means, really, is there are no fuqs left to give.

I'm at 5. But, I'd like to be at 6. It's something I've been working on. Especially when I get really pissed off. Balance is key. The best revenge against evil, is to be joyful.

It's weird that it seems to me that to get to 6, I need to dump everything that got me to 5

Moving from 4 to 5, keeping an eye on 6, some relapses into 3, occasional longing for #1. ;)
