That is where we kept our friend's, family's and work-related contact info which included phone numbers, business names, addresses, spouse names, etc. We needed this for deliveries, Christmas card mailers, solicitations, etc. Everyone, even housewives had an address book aka 'black book' to keep all of their info in one place.
I was in the Real Estate industry pre-smart phones and we used Rolodexes and black books to keep track of all current and potential future clients or vendors we might use, like locksmiths, house painters, roofers, lawn services, mechanics, interior designers, window washers, food delivery services, carpet cleaners, etc.
We would put other Realtors or Broker's names in there if we met them even once at an industry event, just in case we might expect a call from them or a run-in in the future. Having someone's name in our Rolodex was no guarantee we'd even done business together, but thought we might someday.
Did some quick poking around - Epstein Island has no airport, so travel there would show up as landing at "Cyril E. King Airport" on St Thomas Island, airport code TIST or STT

If I’m not mistaken, there is a newer LBB which is still under seal. I could be wrong, but thought there was another one mentioned a a ways back.
Black book was posted a few years ago. Had it on a laptop that crashed which taught me to save all things good to an external hard drive.
